Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh Airport

First of all, the room I booked which was a normal room! How come they provided me one disabled room to me without any notice and even a simple request to me for acceptance? For your guidance, i went out after i checked in and put the luggage into the room; then i only found that is a disabled room; in this connection i didnt make any change as they may not have other room to replace at late evening and also i already even opened my suitcase and hang up some stuffing! I felt completely bad and incomfortable when i bath and use toilet even toilet cover are not available which is so bad for avoiding infection even; I couldn't sleep well all night! I often go on business trips and stay in hotels but never face this kind of treatment and arrangements! Infact we just book same group hotel (hampton by hilton in xiamen city centre) to stay in xiamen last week (3 nights) which is offering so excellent service and facilities provided to me , this is why once i found hampton by hilton also in edinburgh , then i booked again! But which really caused me lost of confidence of this hotel management , for my future booking! Just fyi, even we keep the luggage which is so risky as they just opened the locker room but never gave us receipt for taking back the luggage, how can they assure and identify the person who took back the luggage? (Even we put in and take out by myself who never care)

All good, the fabric ond the chairs in the breakfast area was a bit stained, could have been cleaner.

This hotel is a short walk to and from from the airport. The staff were always polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The lifts were a bit slow, but you could use the stairs. The lounge is huge and the breakfast included vegan options. I only wish there had been a fridge in the room.

Everything was fine and staff here are very helpful as well. View of the room is fantastic.

The location is good. Just next to the airport. The car rental center is nearby.
