Very nice hotel to stay with, highly recommended . This time is a business trip to London. Will stay again.

酒店很安靜，早餐也豐盛。

不錯的 酒店 前台的小妹妹笑容很甜美 房間衞生 空間夠了 空調不打也很暖和 沒明白熱氣哪裡來的？ 早餐英式，也不錯 有停車場，一晚12英鎊 旁邊有個lidl超市 還是方便的

Receptionist was incompationate, rude, abrupt and spiteful. Was only 1 towel available in the room and it took 45 mins to get another one. When I asked for another one I was questioned as to why I needed another as 1 towel should be enough for 2 people. We arrived just after 11 hoping to check in early and before I had a chance to ask if there was a chance for early check in she very quickly interrupted me and said 'early check in is subject to availability ' I was happy to accept this and wanted to ask if I could leave our cases anywhere while we get a drink but when I tried she lost her temper, stamped her feet and shouted 'your room is not available early check in is subject to availability' I told her she was being rude and repeating herself and that I had other questions and her response was 'yes I am and I willnkeep repeating myself until all of our guests understand the policy' we went away and came back at around 1230 to meet a different receptionist who was very helpful and found us a room. When the other rude receptionist saw us she came over very quickly and started moaning at the young helpful receptionist fir letting us have a room. There is more to explain about her but difficult to put into writing. I was absolutely disgusted by her behaviour. Also we could hear everything going on in the room above us. Although this didn't really bother us for too long as the bed was so comfy we fell asleep quite quickly.

The chcek in took just under one hour, got there at 3:20pm didnt get to my room till 4:15 pm, only pne person on check in and all 'advance check in portals' closed. One one 'electric' parking point which somone used for the full 24 hours and didnt move

No phone in the room to call the main reception I used my mobile to call the main reception multiple times but no answer so frustrating

Room clean and comfortable. Initial check in - very poor. Self service check in not working. Wait for staff member and abruptly told no early check in available. Restaurant toilet disgusting. Faeces all over toilet. First seen at 11am 1st day. Then following morning when went down for breakfast. Then prior to leaving at 2pm. Over 24hrs of it not being cleaned. Disappointing.

The foods amazing and The beds are so comfortable. I Always choose this hotel As i feel safe unlike others I have stayed at.
