Nestled in Slidell, a suburb 27 miles from New Orleans, Cypress Cove is easy drive to the French Quarter and everything else that New Orleans affords. This spacious home provides the best in family entertaining coupled with the privacy of a split-level floor plan - two luxuriously appointed large bedrooms (one king, one queen) on the main level and two bedrooms (one queen, one bunk beds) upstairs with a balcony overlooking the great room. The home has been completely renovated in 2018 and everything in it is new. There is huge 72' dock with deep water access via boat. Bring your boat and kids and swim, ski, fish and boat in Lake Pontchartrain. The lake is a 3 minute boat ride from the dock. There is a large deck that has seating for eight and extra chairs for overflow. The home is 5 minutes from some of the best fishing in the country. You can even fish right off the dock in the front yard. There is phenomenal fishing in the Rigolets nearby with incredible salt water fishing and access to fresh water fishing within 20 minutes by boat. You can play in the water or on a boat all day and hit the French Quarter at night for great fun and partying like no where else. You can catch an Uber,Taxi or drive. Great from two couples or a family. There is a sleeper sofa for over flow sleeping in the living room. The home has a nicely stocked kitchen with all new appliances. There is a double oven and large stove. The home has a large working fire place and nice dinning area facing the water. Great for family get together and large meals. The home has 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It sleeps 8 adults and 4 children in beds. No pets allowed. We will allow one certified service dog with appropriate certification papers but only with the payment of a $250 non refundable carpet cleaning fee. Multiple service dogs are not allowed.
