Cozy 2-bedroom townhome in a quiet golf community welcomes
you, your friends & family for a relaxing stay. Our home backs up to
a nice buffer of trees offering privacy to enjoy a quiet evening on our
furnished deck. King & queen size beds wirh comfortable memory foam mattresses offered as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a complimentary coffee and a tea station. This home offers a perfect get away where comfort & convenience meet. Golf course, splash pad, restaurants, dog park, walking trails, rivers , a casino, and more only a short drive away, Baby and pet gates installed on the deck and at the top of the stairs! This home is kid & small dog friendly! We've designed our home thinking of our guests!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Quiet time 9pm to 6 am. Parties will be broken up and you will be asked to leave with no refunds..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
