The hotel met our requirements even when there was an issue with the bathroom they sorted it immediately by changing our room and were very apologetic.

The Staff at checking in was super nice. I accidentally booked a mobility king room. She was nice enough to switch me to a standard double queens, without any additional charge. The room was clean and beds are comfy.

the location is far from Philadelphia around 25 minutes. Breakfast was good. My room was nice in general, but there was a cicada in it, it didn't make me sleep.. I poured water behind the air conditioner where the sound came from, then the sound stopped, but I listened to it for 3 hours.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms ridiculously small. Breakfast is very good! Coffee, even first thing in the morning, is usually not hot; just warm. Brought it to their attention but they never figured it out. Very friendly staff! Exercise room is small.
