Wir reservierten eine Premiersuite über den Fluss. Bei Einreise ins Zimmer waren die Gebäude, nicht eine Flussblick. Die Wohnung war flüchtig mit verschiedenen beschädigten Gegenständen, bei Beschwerden, wir erhielten “da gibt es nichts, was wir tun können”. Der Manager weigerte sich auch, mit uns zu sprechen, mit einer ähnlichen oder unauffälligen Einstellung, die es von der Mitarbeiter. Sie bieten Zimmerservice jedoch 2 von den Tagen, sie kamen nicht. Die meisten Tage sie nicht fertiggestellt Handtücher, Tee, Kaffee Ect. Ich habe 4 Tage gezählt, als der Zimmerservice richtig durchgeführt wurde. Wenn Sie ein Zimmer mit schmutzigen Fenstern, schmutzigen Zeichnungen, Tische, Stühlen... mit begrenztem Zimmerservice und unbehilflichem Personal wollen, ist das der Aufenthaltsort.

Ausgezeichnete Aussichten, wir hatten den Swan & Waterfront Park als unser Zimmer mit Blick. Sehr nützlich für Bushalter gehen beide Richtung, und Komfort-Shops in der Nähe. Frühstück war großartig, aber wir betrügen und gingen nach The Hyatt nebenan zum Abendessen als Treatment. Ausgezeichnete Dusche und Bett war komfortabel.

Guter Weg nach einem 10-Stunden-Übernachtungsflug aus Peking in Perth zu landen. Das Team machte ihr Bestes, um unser Zimmer zu früh ohne zusätzliche Gebühr bereit zu bekommen - ein Gott mit Kindern. Zimmer waren spotless, ruhig und die perfekte Temperatur. Das Frühstücksbuffet bedeutete, dass wir uns nicht um das Essen in den Morgenstunden Sorgen zu machen. Gute Lage für die Stadtmitten und Swan River Wandern. Freie Wäsche war auch sehr geschätzt. Nur ein Hinweis wäre das Frühstückszimmer wird sehr bevölkert nach 8 so besser zu früh zu kommen, als das Personal kämpfen, Leute zu sitzen und den Service zu halten bewegen. Aber wieder haben sie alles getan, um uns zusammen zu sitzen und die Kinder zu ernähren. Großes Dank für das Team!

I am not one for complaining and have always been a very understanding customer, however, our most recent experience is something I feel needs to be rectified or at least expressed for improvement purposes. After attempting to contact Mont Clare Boutique Apartments in regards to a possible cancellation, we were told that due to booking through a third-party, we would need to directly contact them and seek cancellation refunding (a US number). After doing so, the third-party business was extremely understanding of our unforeseen personal medical situation BUT informed us it was actually Mont Clare Boutique Apartments that had the overarching decision and they would email a cancellation request on our behalf. I then followed up and rang Mont Clare again and explained the situation, to which I was told “Ok not a problem.” But upon receiving the email request, Mont Clare staff proceeded to decline our cancellation. With not being able to afford to lose out on a large chunk of money, we proceeded with our stay. Travelling 3.5 hours from the country, we made sure to arrive within the stated Reception hours of “Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 7:00pm, Friday 9.00am - 6am (Sat Morning), Saturday 9:00am to 6am Sunday Morning and Sunday and Public Holidays 9.00 am - 2.30pm” as stated on BOTH their website AND their front door. However, reception was closed and we were unable to contact the emergency number. Luckily for a helpful patron that instructed us on how to check-in, we managed to get ourselves and 18-month-old inside. When we got to our room, the air conditioner was on but doing nothing, so we proceeded to turn it to the lowest temperature and highest setting where it remained for the duration of our stay, doing nothing. We had to purchase a fan in order for our daughter to be able to sleep. Our instruction paperwork also stated that the pool was out of order and we would need to use the one across the road at the Aldernay and upon using the Gym, every piece of equipment was broken except for the treadmill (two things I booked this accommodation for and that I believe should have been refunded or rectified more professionally). The next day we discovered the television remote volume buttons weren’t working, so I rang Reception, at which point I was told “Well if the channels work its not the remote, can’t you just use the buttons on the TV instead of the remote?”. Other issues we found that we did not contact Reception about were stained and ripped carpets and couches, broken cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom, stove and oven top settings worn out so I didn’t know which setting was which when trying to use it, faulty settings on the washing machine, holes in the walls where power points are located behind the beds, a dirty sock under the bed, the horrid stench of cigarettes and ********* upon every exit of our room and springs visibly sticking out of the bed. Meine Familie von 5 blieb 6 Nächte in Mantra on Hay in der 2 bedroom-2toilet Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung sah aus wie die Bilder, obwohl die Toiletten ein wenig datiert sind und die Wasserleitungen ein wenig laut werden. Insgesamt ist es immer noch eine gute Erfahrung und meine Familie hatte einen großen Aufenthalt. :)

Wir sind bei 2.30am in Perth angekommen und haben einen Taxi direkt vom Flughafen. Da es Mitte der Nacht war, mussten wir einen Buzzer drücken und warten, dass jemand mit uns durch den Sprecher sprechen kann, obwohl sie entweder schliefen oder nicht gestört werden konnten, so drückte der Buzzer lange, Schließlich kam jemand über den Sprecher, der verzerrt wurde, und sie sagten mir, dass ich meinen Finger auf dem Buzz verließ, sie ließen uns rein und wieder begann er uns zu erzählen über den Buzz, wir ignorierten ihn völlig, indem er unseren Namen und wie viele Nächte wir angegeben haben Ich glaube, er hat endlich die Idee, uns einen Schlüssel und Gutscheine gegeben, um unser Frühstück zu bekommen. Wir gingen gerade zum Bett und sahen das Zimmer am Morgen. Sicherlich brauchte er dekorieren, das Bett scheint etwas nach unten gehen Kopf, da wir fühlten unsere Füße höher als unsere Kopf, die Kissen waren flach, wir hatten eine Blätter dann eine Duvet, die bessere Tage gesehen wurde und brauchte eine neue und dann eine oberen Blätter. Das Badezimmer war grundlegend, hatte eine Dusche, obwohl es einige seltsame Nasen gemacht und die Temperatur war hoch und runter, keine Schlauch im Handbecken, es gab Toiletten, die wir nie verwendet. Das Frühstück war sehr grundlegende, nur einige kalte Fleisch, kalte kochte Eier, Salat und Toast. Wenn Sie kochen wollten, mussten Sie mit Croissants, Schmerz au raisin usw. bezahlen. Rezeption Mitarbeiter während des Tages waren angenehmen und sehr hilfreich, hatte immer ein Lächeln. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Freibus-Services, der Katzenservice genannt wird, der Sie jederzeit auf und aus fahren können. Wir würden nochmals - Nein - es gibt viele Hotels in Perth.

Apartment size was spacious, noisy thru the night(condenser was just outside my room in the balcony) but cleaned with soft pillows and mattress. We had problems with the aircons, night shift staff came to our rescue and fixed it . Subsequently, we still had issues, ended up not using the aircon. (something about all the aircons has to be set at the same temp else it would not work, this is ridiculous error message keeps appearing centrally controlled”)

Good value for its price level. Basic room, clean enough despite being rather dated (still using the traditional key with that big plastic attachment). Check-in staff, breakfast & location also good. A few stops on the free Red CAT from Perth Stn to the block behind. A block away is the wonderful vast expanse of Langley Park with the Swan River at the side.

Arrival went almost smoothly, rooms weren’t ready and were still being cleaned on arrival, no biggie we were informed they were under staffed that day which was understandable and we didn’t mind at all waiting but then the problems didn’t stop….lifts broke down minutes after checking in, not managements fault but the lack of building knowledge or how to get to our rooms via stairs was disappointing, only when my partner explained about the fire escape doors being exit only for the 5th time was a key finally sourced to give access to our floors and rooms (with all our valuables and keys in it!), following this we found our friends key card had stopped giving access to our shared apartment room which was quickly sorted…..or so we thought….hallways and rooms had a slight mouldy smell, lamps missing light bulbs, 2 of the 3 aircons just not turning on at all (even after following manuals provided in the back of the guest book and trying multiple different remotes!) all of which we deemed too difficult to even bother bringing up with management due to our previous interaction. After returning from the city late at night we found out or key card had now stopped working and we had no access to our apartment! After calling the after hours mobile only to find its now disconnected we called the land line provided to find the so called ‘night carer’ which turned out to be someone from a neighbouring building with also no knowledge of the apartments! After attempting to give us access to the master key from the lockbox at the front of the building (wrong code no access again surprise, surprise) frustrated and tired we gave in and ended up asking our friends to cut their night short to come back and try their card to let us in. When addressed with reception the following morning about the previous nights debacle we were treated to a blank stare and unapologetic response after fixing the card for us my partner asked the receptionist if this would possibly now cause our friends card to stop working again to which we were told it would and she’d need both cards to be brought down at the same time to be able to give them simultaneous access….*** so they knew only 1 card would have access from the beginning….Huge, Huge lack of management and training. How about instead of being defensive and finding excuses to every review you actually do something and spend a day (or week) training your staff!

Wir blieben eine Woche, als mein Sohn die Universität besuchte. Mein Mann war sechs Wochen, als er erstmals in WA war, so hatte er ein wenig Erkenntnis. Wir schlossen jedoch, das Doppelte zu zahlen, was er getan hatte. Das Zimmer war wirklich müde, und hatte eine angrenzende Tür zu unserem Nachbarzimmer (verschlossen, aber sie war wirklich krank und ködete die ganze Zeit, als wir da waren). Als Ergebnis war es wirklich schwer zu schlafen, und am Tag vor meiner Abreise kam ich mit den gleichen Symptomen, die sie gemacht hatte. Nicht unbedingt die Hotels schuldig, sondern frustrierend, als ich zwei Wochen lang krank geworden, nachdem ich mit den gleichen Symptomen wie die Nachbarn verließ. Upside: in der Nähe der Stadt (innerhalb von Spaziergängen), leichte Buchung, einfache Eincheckung. Viele Optionen von Uber Eats sind in der Nähe verfügbar. Auch leichter Zugang zu Arterienroute’ um die Stadt. Unterhalb: Reiseberater Bilder aus dem Datum (kein Pool), Zimmer sind wirklich müde, Badezimmer noch mehr so. Waschbecken muss im Badezimmer gemacht werden. Zimmer sind nur einmal während acht Tage Aufenthalte gereinigt. Die Zimmer, die anderen begleitet sind, haben wenig zu keiner Privatsphäre, da Sie buchstäblich alles hören können. Parkplatz kann schwierig sein (wir waren dort am Wochenende, die Freo’s waren beim Spielen und konnten nicht im Hotelwagenpark überhaupt parken). Hatte eine Mikrowelle, aber keine Koche, so kaufte man uns ein Sandwichpress für Frühstück und Mittagessen.
