Very good, I will come back here again

房間是我此次旅行期間性價比最高的酒店，套間，面積很大，服務人員大部分講西語，但很熱情。有24小時歡迎咖啡和小餅乾，早餐也還不錯。去附近的阿米時小鎮非常近。入住的客人也非常友好，是個安全、舒適的區域。

Hotel staff was excellent and even upgraded our room when I realized I had made a mistake when making reservations. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing after a long day. Location of hotel was great as it is near a lot of restaurants and attractions. Breakfast area was kept well clean and well stocked. Lots of choices for breakfast as well. We would definitely come back.

When we arrived our room was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies were always available in the lobby. Breakfast had a very nice selection. I was also impressed that they had gluten free cookies and bagels. I was very surprised when we came back and our room had been cleaned and all of dirty towels were replaced. We had only been here one night!

Just came back home from a wonderful stay at this lovely centralized hotel near Amish Country in Lancaster, PA. The staff is welcoming, efficient and truly wants their guests to have a care-free stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Close drive to all the Amish attractions, glorious Amish buffets, shopping markets and our favorite SIGHT & SOUND THEATRE. Hey, DANIEL is playing now and please don't miss such a great show. Guarantee you will love this production, story, music and yes...the animals too. This hotel is very near, not even 10 minutes away. The hotel breakfast is tasty and although you do have to heat things up like breakfast sandwiches by Jimmy Dean's, there's hot waffles you cook up on their waffle machine. Always cookies in the afternoon for the family cookie monster. Also perfectly located across from Dutch Wonderland for those who are interested. Most Amish buffet restaurants close up last seatings of 7pm. I was able to find a non Amish restaurant called LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE within walking distance to our hotel. But of course we didn't walk, who does that on a mini getaway right? Pool & hot tub open till 10:30pm for you late birds reading this. Overall a great hotel in a great location with great rates for a great Amish Country getaway. Great enough? Certainly is!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. So much room. Was nice to have a sitting area with a tv as well as a bedroom (with a door) with another tv. Everything was clean and in working order. Bathroom looked recently updated. The entire room was in good shape though. Breakfast was good. Had sandwiches (sausage or bacon) to put in the microwave. Cereal, yogurt, waffles, nutrigrain bars, coffee, juice. In the evening they put out cookies which were great. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate out all day long. Entrance was nice and inviting and decorated for Christmas. Pool (4 feet) area was big for a hotel (especially indoor). Nice spacious hot tub. Good location. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy driving access to most the shows in the area. I’d say most would be within 15 minutes with American Music Theater and Sight and Sound being closer than that. Only minor complaint I have is the pillows were horrible. Very thin. Wouldn’t make me not want to stay again. It’s a little more expensive than some of our usual spots in the area, but we really enjoyed having the extra space. We think it’s worth it if you’re going to be at the hotel for a few hours mid day like we were.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and quiet. Breakfast was a treat. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place nice front desk personnel. They suggested an amazing dinner spot called Bonnie and Clyde's which was so good! Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. I'd say a good place for the money for sure. Short trip to Jim Thorpe which was our original location but Jim Thorpe in October is a madhouse so we went elsewhere.

My family and I have been staying at this wonderful hotel for years . Everyone that works here is an absolute pleasure. From checking in , to breakfast , to checking out. It’s very clean and centrally located to many destinations that we go to. Love this place !!

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Room was spacious and clean! Hotel was close to all the attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here one night while we were in the Lancaster area. Room was a bit musty on entry, but beds were super comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Now the downside - we were woken up at 2 AM by the fire alarm going off. The poor girl at the front end didn’t know what to do and wouldn’t really give us a reason why this occurred. It was kind of shocking that the fire alarm would go off and the occupants wouldn’t be notified room by room? Anyhow, I found out in the morning that it was a “maintenance issue”. Breakfast was included, which was a plus but the spread of breakfast items needed a little bit more, it was very sparse. Wouldn’t return.

Stayed here for one night while passing through the area. The location is great, right on the main road through town and convenient to many shops/attractions. Our room was upgraded to a suite with a front room separated from the bedroom. The pool / hot tub area was really nice and breakfast was average. There was a tree branch scraping against our window but luckily the wind died down before bedtime!

very clean hotel,nice staff,,,comfortable beds,,very close to many resturants,american music theatre,and dutche wonderland the road is busy and a bit noisy, we asked her a quiet room and our request was honored,,they even asked what floor we wanted nice wrapped cookies in the afternoon are available the breakfast was traditional continental style but well stocked and very clean and organized nice cereal choices for young kids,,,i thought the selection on breakfast bars was great i did think the shower pressure was low on the 4th floor,,also no shower gel and only 2 small soap bars were given,,we had to ask for more the suite was great,,,so much room and lots of table and make up areas
