TLDR- big rooms, older bath with short shower, very minimal housekeeping, nothing special about breakfast, don’t bother downloading the app. Pros- We were excited to find a hotel for a decent price that had room for all 5 of us! The two double beds plus a pull out couch was great! We also appreciated the sink & bar fridge. Bathroom- There have been some updates to the hotel over the years, but the shower heads are not one of them! At 5’9”, I was taller than the shower head, and it wasn’t detachable to use as a hand shower. The toilet also flushed like a jet engine that shook the floor of the whole room. Housekeeping- At check-in, we were told that housekeeping would only be coming every other day. This was disappointing, but I was glad they told me ahead of time. Unfortunately, what ended up happening is we had absolutely no housekeeping for the entire week we were there (and we left the room every day for outings). I finally asked if someone could at least come empty garbage’s, which happened the day before we left. Breakfast- The hotel had two trays for hot dishes, and these were consistently quite basic, with scrambled eggs in one & bacon or breakfast sausages in the other. There were no sweet pastries, just the normal toast & english muffins. There was also no pancakes or waffles… my kids were a bit disappointed. App- As the day of the trip was nearing, I started getting emails about an App the hotel uses to receive room requests & can be used as a room key. I was intrigued & set everyone up on the app, only to be dismissed at check in, being told this specific hotel doesn’t use the app. Overall, I left this hotel disappointed. I searched & searched, and could not find any email addresses to send this review to hotel management, so I have been forced to post publicly & hope they will read it here. I think, next time, I will find another hotel that has a better bathroom, something special for the kid’s breakfast, and regular housekeeping.

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs for five nights; we did the same in May 2021. It’s a convenient place near our family, they have large suites and common areas, and electric car chargers. It feels like a home environment, with the staff being readily available but also giving guests privacy and flexibility to enjoy their amenities. The king suite was like a little apartment with separate bedroom and a kitchenette. We were about to set up our Roku for our favorite streaming shows. Apparently the property was just purchased by new management and they have an entirely new staff. Christina was brought in to help train the staff and help the property get back in shape. She and maintenance man Evan were hustling to accomplish all of that and we witnessed considerable improvement within the few days we were there. Their staff is wonderfully diverse and quick to help. If you choose to stay here in September 2022, expect to report some maintenance issues. If you have any problems, do not hesitate to ask for help. We look forward to visiting again next year!!

The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The General Manager, Jason Mercord, the Front Desk Supervisor and the night auditor, Dia Taliafurro, went above and beyond to help with a friendly smile and helped scan items, email them to a property claim I was dealing with. They even offered some helpful advice. The property is well taken care of and very clean. Whatever I needed they were able to accomodate. I would highly recommend this place to stay. There's a lot of business minded people, pilots and flight attendants.

Ein Zimmer im HI Express Eagan reserviert, weil es bequem zum Mall von Amerika, und bequem zum Park und Ride in Burnsville, um den Bus nach der Stadt zu nehmen, um U S Bank Stadium. Hatte ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, das wir geliebt haben, viel Lagerung, und große Dusche. Das Zimmer hat Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle beide. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, und die Temperatur des Zimmers war leicht zu ändern. Aufzüge groß - schnellste wir je gefunden haben. Wir genossen das Frühstück, aber es war nicht so gut wie HI's in der Vergangenheit gewesen. Keine Pancakes oder Waffeln, und ich wünsche wirklich, es war Salsa auf die Eier. Aber sie hatten Getreide, Bagel, Toast, Oatmeal, Yoghurt, Eier und Sauce. Also noch eine gute Auswahl. Und natürlich unbegrenzte kostenlose Kaffee. Wir waren nicht sehr in unserem Zimmer, da wir rund um Einkaufen und Essen auslaufen, aber wir hätten gerne mehr Premium-Kanal-Optionen mit dem TV. Und das Internet hat nicht mit meinem Ipad im Zimmer arbeitet, so musste ich den Lobby-Computer nutzen. Es gibt ein kleines Restaurant direkt über die Straße, das für einen späten Abend-Cocktail und Appetit war großartig, und es gibt eine schöne Laufbahn entlang der Yankee Doodle Road für Morgentraining. Wird sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, weil es nur zehn Minuten bis zum MOA und zehn Minuten bis zur Parkplatz, um den Bus zu Vikings Spiel zu nehmen.

This place is absolutely magical. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of peace and tranquility that I couldn't find anywhere else. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the amenities were top-notch.
