It was a relaxing stay. The front desk was so friendly (as most tajik people i met in the country, really) and so helpful. They can assist you with airport transfers and money changing. While I didn’t get to take advantage of it, they also have free laundry and apparently snacks and drinks available for most of the day at the lobby which is a nice touch. The pool was refreshing and the ambiance of the whole place was just very inviting. I used the gym which had a decent setup, though the dumbbells stop at 50lbs and the only bench for barbell pressing was a bit rough to use and unstable. The breakfast was varied, with delicious beans and chicken, grilled vegetables, various cheeses, meat slices, sausages, salad toppings, and more. The real standout personally was the dessert. Brownies dripping with peanut butter and chocolate sauce and danish with berries, it was amazing! Will definitely stay again 👍

非常棒的酒店，員工們都很熱情，大廳有24小時免費的果汁飲品。唯一不足的是健身房很多器械是壞的，下次還會選擇這裏。

From the moment you walk into the lobby, you feel very welcome. The staff were lovely, breaky great, and they even do your laundry for free. The rooms have all you need, and open onto a well appointed central balcony area. I was quite ill and one of the reception staff went to the chemist for me - so helpful 🙏. Thanks heaps, Atlas team

A friend and I stayed at the Atlas Hotel in Dushanbe. After a long day, she was alone in her room and went to take a shower. As she came out of the bathroom and had no clothes on, she found a stranger going through her belongings. When she screamed, he quickly ran from the room. After this crime was reported to the front desk, they were less than helpful. The police were not called. They did not try to check the key card system to see how someone could have gotten in or whose card was used. They told her that she could not change rooms. In short, they ignored her and treated her as a bother rather than as a crime victim. Superficially, the rooms look beautiful. It is easy to show up at a hotel, quietly spend the night, and then leave. However, a true measure of a place is how you are treated when you do need their help. In this regard, the Atlas Hotel is a failure.

We stayed only two nights, however the hotel was the best out of all 11 different hotels we stayed during our travel through four Central Asia Stans. Room was large, bed king size, very comfortable, room nicely designed, very well equipped and maintained, extremely clean. Buffet breakfast with wide variety of choices and very very good. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely courteous, friendly and willing to help which really solidified the entire stay. Really really happy with our stay.

Had two nights here on a whistle stop tour of the Stans (et al) and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it..forget your Hiltons and all those posh brands, this is the place to stay in the Tajik capital..a great starting point for exploring this endearing capital city and the staff are superb, sorting out any issue that arose in double quick time. The breakfast buffet is to die for and supplies you with a great start to the day. The room I had was outstanding with panoramic views of the city and it's impossible to find fault with this first class location.

The rooms offer generous space, and the hotel staff is exceptionally welcoming. Each room includes a convenient daily allowance of 5 pieces of laundry, which is truly fantastic. The hotel efficiently arranged my transportation outside the city. It was a reliable and affordable service. Both breakfast and dinner options were delightful, and I had dinner multiple times during my stay without missing out on breakfast. The hotel boasts an abundance of natural light and windows, creating a pleasant atmosphere. My sole recommendation pertains to internet connectivity, as it proved challenging for work throughout the week due to frequent interruptions. Implementing multiple service providers and routers on every floor would be a beneficial solution to this issue. Overall, it's an outstanding choice considering the location and price, and I would gladly stay here again without hesitation. A special thank you to Farhood, Rasul, and Saad at the front desk. They were so helpful and patient with me.
