This residence has been finished with furnishings, electronics and decor at the forefront modern decor and technology. It’s a true showplace and an exceptional vision of an urban lifestyle that is commensurate with a small-town mountain setting. This condo is also just a few minutes walk from the Durango Recreation Center, County Fairgrounds and numerous restaurants and bars. If you do not want to walk to downtown, then simply take the Trolley that runs every 20 minutes and stops right in front of the condo. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.
