Ein Hotel der Grossklasse! Wir hatten Glück und konnten Last Minute eine 1-Nacht Übernachtung buchen. Regulär bieten sie nur Übernachtungen ab 2-Nächsten an - ein Konzept was überzeugt, denn an diesem Ort will man verweilen. Gutes Essen, guter Schlaf, sehr freundliches Personal, alles in allem ein wunderbares Hotel. Und dann erst noch die Einrichtung!

Having spent a lovely afternoon walking around Dunster we were looking forward to our evening meal at the Luttrall Arms. The menu is short(ish) with an additional specials menu and it certainly was about quality. There was a great selection of delicious options. The selection of freshly baked bread rolls was a great start. The fish and chips was a great choice the batter light GF and crispy. The sea bass special was cooked perfectly. The star had to be the mussels delicious and sweet , the creamy sauce was exceptionally good. I opted for the main size portion it's huge but with a little help from my friends a clean bowl went back to the kitchen. Great choice of dessert ice creams and sorbets were again delicious. Service was excellent friendly, informative and non intrusive and added to our whole dining experience in this beautiful hotel.

Wonderful anniversary stay. Restful and charming for the evening. Lovely room, cosy bar and fantastic food in restaurant at dinner. The food star of the show! Breakfast was a little disappointing, some of the items not the quality you would expect after the wonderful dinner. Staff friendly and attentive, super easy check in and responsive to enquiries. The hotel has some lovely quirky areas to relax, beautiful setting with lots of character. We had a fantastic room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Room facilities were fantastic, but the bathroom, shower in particular lets down.

Could have been great. But spoilt by poor service, disorganisation and a lack of customer service. sauces left on the table all day wrapped in cling film, felt a bit odd. Laminated sign saying to order at the bar... tacky. Bar staff moaning about other customers and wanting to go home. We were never asked how our food was at all. It's a shame as the food was lovely (albeit cold) and the location and venue are second to none...

Overall excellent. Great location, lovely bar and restaurant, very good service and very good food. The one negative was the showers. The hot water is dangerously hot and the cold water power is not nearly enough. This means to have a reasonably hot shower the power is not very good.

Lovely hotel, friendly, excellent service food is fantastic All staff are caring and attentive, bar staff great , reception staff friendly and approachable Room was great Breakfast super Ate in the restaurant last night food and service superb Absolutely faultless!

The staff were all so helpful especially Daniel and Louise in helping us to host our wedding party in their hotel. Friends stayed for the weekend and all were so very happy with the accommodation and food. The wedding ceremony was beautiful and the wedding breakfast superb. We can’t thank the whole team enough for one of the best days ever!

Stayed at the luttrell arms, for two nights, can honestly say it was fabulous! Beautiful old building with lots of character. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. And the food was excellent. Can’t recommend this place enough.

What a great place to stay. From the moment we arrived at this great building, we were very warmly welcomed and didn't feel the need to go anywhere else in the Town as everything you could wish for on a stay was right there in the hotel. The reception/bar/restaurant staff were all very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. There was a decent mix of experienced and younger staff, who all worked really hard, and the food was quite superb - thumbs up to the chefs and the staff who served dinner. The various bar area's and gardens, gave us ample room for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. I would very strongly recommend the Lutrell Arms and we hope to go back there again before the summer ends, if only to enjoy the pizzas in the secret garden. Great job, guys and gals - you have a super place and a great attitude towards your customers.
