Once a convalexcent home, the larger building was sited here to catch the sun, views and fresh air. The property was once the dancehall of the home before converted to a house in the 1960s. Recently renovated this delightful space is now ready for letting. We have installed new heating, a brand new stylish kitchen and sofas. The property comprises a lovely open plan kitchen with dining area adjacent as well as a comfortable and social area for sitting. There are extensive shared landscaped grounds around the lodge indcluding a large drying green and ample parking. Within walking distance are some of the loveliest walks in the entire Cowal Peninsular. If you like kayaking or paddleboarding, the tidal river is right across the road and kayaks or boards can easily be launched when the tide is high. If its golf on nearby 9 and 18 hole courses with fantastic views, mountain biking or walking along trails through some of Scotlands finest natural landscapes from riversides to deep forests with some of Britains tallest trees then this is the area for you.
