Flexible-Term housing designed for insurance claimants and traveling professionals are welcome. Minutes from Prisma Health Hospital. We bought this house in 2016 and it is completely renovated. The hardwood floors are the only original feature left in the home. Everything is new and ready to enjoy. Both bedrooms have their own full bath, and the common room, including the kitchen, spans the length of the house. Both bedrooms have access to the wrap around deck through sliding doors.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.The house is not "baby proof"..About customRules:No smoking, parties, drugs, or pets on the property. Park on driveway only. Deposit $500 is forfeit if ANY house rules are broken..Trash day is Monday morning so please take trash can to the road at the end of the driveway.,If over maximum guests allowed, fee is the daily rate. Late departure fee $250 without advance notice..About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 30.About events:No events allowed.

Greenville Getaway
My wife and I wanted to explore Greenville, SC and the surrounding areas. This home is in excellent condition and the pictures shown are accurate. The host was amazing and responsive to questions. We appreciated the location being just a few minutes from downtown. I would recommend this home to any party of four or less people. It was perfect for our stay.

House
House is really nice. Has everything you need plus more. Beautifully decorated and owner accomodated early check-in. House on well traveled road so you do hear some traffic sounds at night but nothing to keep you awake. I would recommend this house and stay here again.
