Sehr sauber! Was war einer unserer Hauptwünsche, aber es ist auch aktuell & hat schöne Möbel, Matratze, TV & ect. Statt kleiner Probe Shampoo, Klimaanlage, & Körperwasch sie haben schöne Pumpen von Dove installiert in den Duschen. Das Haus hält uns sehr gut und wird eine Hilfe mit allem, was sie können. Die Mitarbeiter des Front Desk sind nur die besten! Sie werden Ihnen helfen, versuchen, Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, wenn es möglich ist & immer eine Freude zu passieren. Unsere Kinder lieben den Innenpool, & komfortable Bett mit einem großen Flachbildschirm. Ich werde nur das Hotel in Baltimore nutzen!

Das ist das schlimmste Hotel, das ich jemals in der Zeit gehabt habe. Das ganze Hotel riecht von Skunk und Marihuana. Das Eismaschinezimmer riecht von Urin, als ob es sehr oft verwendet wurde. Die Vorderbüroteilnehmer beobachteten das Fernsehen im Frühstücksbereich statt zu beobachten, wer in das Hotel kam. Es gab einen Mann, der scheinbar ohne Hause durch die Hotellobby, dann auf die Aufzüge und zurück zur Lobby. Er trug die gleichen Kleidung am Freitag Nacht und Samstagmorgen. Der Morgen-Sitzer auf 2/19 schlief im Büro. Ich musste mehrere Male auf die Bürotür schlagen, um ihn aufzuwachen. Als ich mehr Handtücher gefragt hatte, wurde mir Poolhandtücher gegeben, die klein und ausgezogen waren. Als ich mehr Pfosten gefragt hatte, wurde mir gesagt, sie hatten nur einen übrig, aber das Hotel wurde nicht ausverkauft. Es gab Schicht auf der Decke im Hallway, unser Zimmer, das Badezimmer. Das Toilette blieb immer aufgetaucht, wir hatten Angst, es würde überfluten jedes Mal. Als ich es an den Vorderbüro-Verwalter erwähnte, sagte er OK, hat nicht einmal das Interesse an der Behebung des Problems verpasst. Ich will mein Geld sofort zurückgezahlt. Wir fühlten uns unsicher, wir waren in bedauerlichen Bedingungen, die schrecklich geräuchert. Das ganze Hotel, ich meine das ganze Hotel braucht ein Tränen ab und es wieder aufbauen ist so schlecht. Die Betten waren wie Zwillingsbetten, die nicht für zwei Erwachsene passen, in schlafen.

Ich genossen meine 5-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hotel Indigo. Das Rezeptionpersonal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit schönen Möbeln und war sauber. Das Bett war komfortabel. Das Zimmer hatte 2 große Fenster mit Blick auf die Stadt. Die Hausrestaurant kam jeden Tag und erhielt einen hervorragenden Service. Die öffentlichen Räume/Lobby waren auch schön und sauber. Die Lobby verfügt über einen großen Raum mit reichhaltigen Sitz, einem großen Feuerplatz und einem Fernseher. Meine einzige Anregung wäre, den Fernseher auf einen Smart-TV zu aktualisieren, um Zugang zu Netflix und anderen Apps zu erhalten.

Das ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in den Springhill Suites in den letzten 4 Monaten. Es ist schnell mein GO-to-hotel geworden, wenn ich in der Zeit besuche Familie. Aber dann bemerken Sie einen anderen Fehler, und einen anderen, und einen anderen. Das ist, was unsere Familie in diesem Hotel passiert ist. Ich bemerkte den Chip in der Amel auf dem Badezimmer sofort, dann das Loch in der Wand durch den Handtuchschrank, der nie repariert wurde, dann die vermisste Bar auf der Sicherheitstürschließung, Und schließlich fehlt es an einem Stopfen für die Badewanne (diesmal ging ich nach vorne, um einen zu bekommen, keine verfügbar, wurde gesagt, ein Waschbecken zu benutzen). Nicht bereit, eine Chance zu nehmen, wird zum nächsten Mal in ein anderes Hotel gehen, wenn wir in der Nähe von BWI bleiben müssen.

Ich bin überrascht, dass die Bewertungen der Kunden der Vergangenheit über die Art und Weise, wie der ”Maid”-Service hier verwaltet wird, gefeiert haben. Ich denke, dass die Leute selektiv hören, wenn sie ins Bad einchecken und/oder die Plakat nicht lesen, das ausdrücklich sagt, dass, wenn Sie frische Handtücher wollen, Ihre alten zu Vorderseite zum Austausch bringen. Methinks Management hat ein paar Handtücher „Walk“ und dies ist eine Methode zur Kontrolle der Bestandsaufnahme. Wir wurden bei der Kontrolle gesagt, dass das Hotel eine erweiterte Aufenthaltsverhältnis ist und wir NICHT täglich Zimmer “Maid” Service haben und da wir das können und wissen, wie das zu tun, haben wir das Bett selbst gemacht und wir waren in Ordnung. Es war eigentlich ziemlich schmerzlos. Das Zimmer war ruhig, die Betten sehr komfortable. Kitchenette gut mit Werkzeugen für einen längeren Aufenthalt, obwohl wir nicht viel zu nutzen brauchten. Das Gästezentrum mit (frei zu verwenden!) Wasch- und Trocknern war eine angenehme Überraschung und das „Ehrensystem“ zum Kauf von Snacks war ein schöner Touch. Kostenlose Kaffee und Saft sehr geschätzt. Wir fanden alle Mitarbeiter, die wir uns unfehlbar freundlich und hilfreich getroffen. Mein einziger Grippe: Wir bezahlten $25, um unseren Hund zu haben, mit uns zu bleiben. Der Hund Walking-Raum war mit gebrochenen Flaschen gestrimmt, so dass wir sehr vorsichtig sein mussten, wo wir gingen. Und ein paar männliche Gäste saßen in ihren Fahrzeugen zurück, um nachts zu trinken und zu rauchen; dies schuf ein wenig Angst. Hinweis für das Management: Sie sind Haustiere freundlich, und wenn ich bezahle, um meine Haustiere zu halten, müssen Sie einen sauberen und sicheren Bereich für seine Übernahme bereitstellen, deshalb kann ich Sie nur 4/5 bewerten.

Nur hier bleiben. Großes Hotel sauber und ruhig. Personal ist erstaunlich. Zweites Mal hier und die meisten Mitarbeiter sind die gleichen, die etwas sagt. Frühstücksbedienung Gloria ist erstaunlich. So schön und hält die Dinge groß. Sie lächelt immer und hilfsbereit. Viele Parkplätze und Wawa sind direkt über die Straße. Nicht viel mehr, so brauchen Sie ein Auto. Ich fühlte mich sicher und werde nicht woanders bleiben, wenn ich in Baltimore bin. Das Hotel schien besetzt, aber Sie würden es nie wissen. Danke für einen großen Aufenthalt. Nächstes Jahr.
