If I could give them a zero, I would. On the day of arrival I called the office to let them know I would be arriving late. They left the information that I needed to check in, in an unsecure location. First red flag! If the door code had worked, anyone could have been in my room! The door code provided was supposed to be the last 4 of my phone number, but the code in the paperwork was completely different. I tried both and neither worked. I was not able to get into my room. They provided no after hours emergency phone number. After multiple attempts and multiple phone calls that went unanswered, we left and checked into a hotel down the road. I called the next morning, again unanswered, and left a voicemail, hoping to have the issue resolved. That was a week ago. I never even received the courtesy of a call back. I had reserved a room at the inn so I could tour the property in hopes of reserving for a large group next year. Their loss. We will definitely go somewhere else. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Their service is awful and they don't seem to care at all. I can't believe that after a week, no one has called me back. Thankfully I booked through a third party and was able to get a refund. If I had booked directly through them, I'm sure I would have been out of luck.
