"hi cititel management , I would like to share some feedback based on my recent stay. Firstly, the bedsheets appear to have stains that were not properly removed. I kindly suggest ensuring that the bedsheets are thoroughly cleaned before being provided to guests. Secondly, the shower is already damaged and should be repaired or replaced, as it affects the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the air conditioning does not seem to be functioning properly and may require servicing, as it was not cold enough. I would also like to highlight an issue regarding the swimming pool. There is signage near the lift indicating the presence of a swimming pool, but upon checking, there was no swimming pool available. This creates false expectations for guests, as we were looking forward to using the facility. Lastly, regarding the breakfast service, I hope the staff can refill the food more frequently. During breakfast hours, several food items were left empty and were not replenished promptly. I hope this feedback can help improve the overall service and guest experience. Thank you."
