Over all I am disappointed with this hotel. We booked here as we found the listed amenities to be comprehensive, stating a bar, cafe, restaurant, fitness room, massage room, hot spring, pool, children’s pool etc. however this was not the case. There is only a restaurant that serves coffee and has instant noodles and beers for sale. We saw no sign of a fitness room or massage room. They have a heated pool which was nice to swim in, but no children’s pool or hotspring. The environment is old and run down and has not been well maintained. The public areas are also dirty and messy. The room was nice but did have splashes of dirt on the walls. And the room cleaning service was not very thorough. Some positive aspects are the beautiful environment and view of the mountains and rivers and the service from Xiao Ya, who was very helpful.

I recently stayed at YepSun and I can only recommend this establishment. The staff was amazing, offering a warm welcome right from our arrival. Their kindness and availability truly added a special touch to our stay. The room was spacious and clean. It was very pleasant to relax in such a comfortable and well-maintained space. Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel! We had the family room on the top floor. It was spacious, the bed was huge and super comfortable, the shower was hot and the toiletries smelled amazing! The view was to the mountains and you could hear all the countryside morning sounds when waking up! The staff are super helpful too! I cannot thank them enough for all the advice and help. Although they do not speak English, we had no problem at all communicating via translator apps. For foreigners, like us, who do not drive — it is worth mentioning, that the hotel is at the end of the road, right in the mountains. You will need a taxi to go anywhere and taxis are more expensive there, because you either need to use local services or pay extra to didi drivers so they agree to drive you up the mountain serpentines. There was no massage, as listed here. It was not a problem for us, we absolutely loved the outdoor pool after a long hike. The restaurant was not working too. But I am aware that you can order food and still have a beautiful meal on one of their terraces. It is a truly idilic and peaceful place, away from the world.

環境很好，四面環山，有暖氣，房間寬大乾淨，前台小姐姐很温柔，吃的也好吃乾淨，屋子裝修也都很好看，甚至有充電樁，淡季出遊也不貴，要説有什麼缺點衹有交通不太方便了，要開一段山路，但其實也還好，山裡呼吸新鮮空氣，很舒服，會推薦給朋友再來

前台服務周到細緻，房間舒適有暖氣，我們自己打包的飯菜，酒店員工主動幫我們收拾而未收取任何費用。我們10人聚會，有一個單獨的有暖氣的茶室，比較私密，便於我們聚餐和**，以及飲茶和探討人生。酒店環境優雅寧靜，有如仙境，下次還要來。

酒店服務非常周到耐心，晚間還送睡前熱牛奶到房間，有求必應。酒店環境很好，在山澗，房間也很不錯，院子裏有私湯，爬完山回來泡一泡很舒服解乏。早餐很好吃。下一次如來青城山，還會這一家。

很棒的一次旅行，挑選酒店的時候就特別閤眼緣，是我喜歡的佈置和氛圍。 從高鐵站開進山裡40分鐘，很僻靜，可以看到山裡景色。房間很大，色調自然舒服，暖氣也很足。第一天入住送下午茶，每晚都有牛奶，特別喜歡窗邊這個小茶几，體驗感特別好。 如有需要也可以讓酒店安排接送車輛，打車也方便，基本想打都是有的。花一天時間爬青城山前山，回來洗個澡泡温泉特別舒服。 下次還想再來～～

這次帶小孩過來的，整體可以。 比較靠山裡麪所以和其他家比的話，視野比較乾淨。 外面有些冷，但有暖氣，很好。 吃的東西可以。 房間比較大。 電視iqiyi的vip好評

前台小姐姐熱情周到，訊息溝通也及時詳盡。 早餐還算豐富，服務人員也熱情盡職。 房間裏好温暖，天冷不出去喝茶聊天也不錯。泳池和私湯都非常好，之前還有點擔心水温會不夠。 山裡麪空氣清新，上午泡一泡感覺神清氣爽的。 還會再來的，推薦入住。

我們住的望野房型，房間很大，衞生也做得很好，酒店在青城後山景區，在他們家的泳池泡澡就可以看到山上的雪景，很美。 前台小姐姐的服務態度也很好，需要什麼發消息就能送到房間。 房間泡私湯可以在前台領乾花瓣，放在水裡非常有氛圍感。 早上的早餐做得也很好，吃的很飽

房間很寬敞乾淨，有免費的小吃零食，房間內的飲料小吃都是免費的（圖二部分是自帶的食品）入住的時候還送了熱牛奶很貼心。房間配了暖氣和空調，但衹開暖氣就足夠了，在室內完全不用擔心會冷，而且暖氣開着也不會像空調那樣感覺很乾燥。 私湯是房間後面的一個小院子，房間是聯排的，總體上私密性還可以，圍牆格擋是比較高的，雖然不是完全看不到隔壁的那種，不過除非是兩邊的住客都站得很高才能看到對方的頭，所以不用擔心會跟周圍的客人有過多接觸 因為我和朋友到得比較晚 所以沒有體驗到下午茶，早餐是還不錯的，還有咖啡自助（機器能做基礎的美式、拿鐵）
