The receptionist and barman were exceptional. First-class professionalism. Will be back soon. We stopped by for a drink and were blown away by the property and facilities. The products used by the hotel are luxurious and the drinks and restaurant are top notch.

At first we went to the clos marcel, asking for a room but were so disapointed with the rudness of a young lady thats seems to be the manager and badly speak to us, fortunately we preferred looking for another place to stay. Thanks god, we found a beautiful gem at la villa caroline. Perfect stay, quiet place, very friendly and helpfull staff. Thank you

Excellent new family owned hotel on the lake of Annecy. Close to the bike path, in the very small quaint town of Duingt. Great place to be by the lake away from the crowds of Annecy. We made good use of the paddle boards. The two restaurants next door were excellent. There is a free bus during the summer that takes you to Annecy. If you need WiFi or want to bring children, be sure to double check before booking. We only stayed as a couple.

Nous étions logées en chambre triple avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Très spacieuse et très bien agencée pour trois personnes. Personnel très serviable et à l'écoute. Cet endroit est pour ceux qui veulent passer un séjour emprunt de zenitude.

Nuitée très agréable à la Villa Caroline, literie de qualité. Hôtel 4 étoiles avec une vue magnifique sur le lac d’Annecy. Le personnel est aux petits soins ! Le cadre est magnifique et le calme est au rendez-vous. Idéal pour se reposer. Le spa est également très sympa avec un sauna et un hammam. J’ai également pu profiter de la salle fitness. J’y séjournerai à nouveau.

Pas d’avis depuis juin 2022 sur ce site. Compte tenu des mauvais commentaires, le concept a peut-être changé. Nous concernant, extrêmement agréable hors saison. Peu de monde à l’hôtel, calme absolu, chambres très confortables, ( literie, l’espace, le dressing, la terrasse…. Le linge de toilette et peignoirs de grande qualité…..l’ensemble d’une propreté irréprochable. Après totale détente au spa, suite à un long voyage, nous n’avons pas eu envie de ressortir le premier soir. Nous avons opté pour des bocaux de soupes, …. Jusqu’aux desserts avec service en chambre. Appréciable pour le service rendu et la qualité des plats. Petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatifs. Personnel, charmant et accueillant tout le long du séjour.

L'établissement est situé juste à côté de l'unique bar restaurant de la plage. Autant dire qu'il y a du monde en été ! On se croirait dans un village de vacances ! Le seul moment de calme se situe entre 1h et 6h du matin, en tout cas le WE. Comment peut-on mettre en avant le calme et la sérénité du lieu avec un emplacement pareil ! Qui pourrait se ressourcer (avec un concept de retraite/jeûne en plus) ??? Et même si vous fermez la porte pour avoir un peu de calme dans la chambre, la climatisation est également bruyante. J'ai du garder des protections d'oreilles contre le bruit ! Le style des chambres est agréable et les plats végans sont originaux et de très grande qualité. Mais tout de même, il y a un monde entre l'idée de calme et de "bout du monde" qu'on s'imagine en regardant les photos du site de l'hôtel et la dure réalité en arrivant !
