This hotel was chosen due to it's location near to the centre and the station where we would be travelling in from Hamburg. The price was also excellent which included a full buffet every morning. Check-In, We didn't arrive until 19:30 due to late and cancelled DB trains on our way down from Hamburg! It was the fastest check-in we have ever had and we were given our key which also worked the front door of the hotel. Room, 305 was our room for three nights. This was a great sized room with a mini bar and everything you need for a stay including a super-comfy bed. The separate bathroom had a small walk-in shower which on the odd occasion the water flow was a bit 'hit & miss' so to speak!! No big dramas though!! Food, The food at this hotel is excellent! La Locanda is the hotels restaurant where you have your breakfast. There was a good choice of hot and cold buffet items to set you up for the day and you could eat what you wanted. We did have two evening meals here as well which were fantastic to say the least! My 'Calzone' pizza was absolutely sublime to say the least and the portion size's were huge!! Go with an empty stomach!! Overall, A well located hotel for Luxembourg City! The price is right for this beautiful city and country. There are plenty of buses into town right outside the hotel which the 29 takes you right outside the train station. Make use of the public transport, as at this moment in time it is free to use in the whole country.

The location is very convenient near the main train station, plus close to bus and tram stops. There is a lot of construction on the road outside the hotel, but it was not a problem. Our room was a good size, not huge, but good open closet/storage space. The bed was comfortable with really good pillows! The bathroom had a really big shower, small sink, but overall nice. Plenty of outlets/plugs, good mirrors, a long desk. We didn't do the breakfast, so can't speak to that. Nor did we go to the rooftop bar. While the lobby/reception area is small it's welcoming and new, just like the rooms. Everything was clean and new and modern. The staff was super helpful and nice. We would happily stay here again.

Wir blieben für 1 Nacht im Ace Hotel ,normalerweise müssen Sie nicht viel für diesen Preis erwarten, aber was eine Überraschung! freundliches Personal, alles neue ,schönes Zimmer, sogar die Treppe war wunderschön! Und günstiges Frühstück! Kleine Tipp: Der Speisesaal war etwas langweilig,das kann etwas gemütlich, Preis/Qualitätsverhältnis 10 ! Grüße, Nathalie.

Freundlicher, schneller und kompetenter Check-in. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Flughafen-Shuttle. Das Zimmer und Bad waren von der Größe her klein, aber typisch Ibis Hotels. Von der Sauberkeit her bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten soweit hinnehmbar. Im Bad waren pro Person 1 Duschhandtuch. Die Kopfkissen von der Größe her eigentlich wie wir sie von Ibis Hotels her kennen viel zu klein. Für das Frühstück für 15 EUR pro Person füllt man 1 Tag vorher einen ”Bestellzettel” aus. Es wird zur der in etwa gewünschten Zeit aufs Zimmer gebracht. Unser bestand aus jeweils 2 Scheiben Wurst und Käse, 1 Stück Camembert, 1 Scheibe (nicht mehr frischem) Weißbrot, 1 kleine Scheibe Honigbrot, 1 Croissant, 1 Joghurt, jeweis 1 Schale Obst- und Tomaten/Gurkensalat, 1 Glas Orangensaft, 1 Masndarine, Kaffee und Brotaufstriche. Von der Qualität und dem Preis her eigentlich unbefriedigend. Speisen vom zur Zeit geschlossenden Restaurant kann man bestellen. Sie werden ebenfalls aufs Zimmer gebracht. Unsere bestellten Pizzen waren jedoch alles andere als qualitativ und ohne Geschmack.
