Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich komfortabel und das Frühstück ein Genuss. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer für die tolle Betreuung. Eine Adresse, die man unbedingt empfehlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr vernachlässigtes Hotel mit kaputten und feuchten Stellen, sehr alt. Kakerlaken. Lage nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt.

Der KTV unten klingelt die ganze Nacht und das Fensterzimmer wackelt, was für Menschen geeignet ist, die an Schlaflosigkeit leiden und nicht schlafen können. Die Hygiene ist zu schlecht, daher werde ich nicht darüber sprechen.

Wasser drang in das Haus ein und der Lärm war ernst.

It's a decent three-star hotel with affordable prices. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was decent. The room was also clean, but not pristine. However, the rooms on the lower floors can be noisy, which is a consideration especially if you have difficulty falling asleep

Old, run down and infested with cockroaches. We had to turn the bedding around to be away from the fabric headboard as it crawling with cockroaches. I woke up with one next to me. The hotel is not maintained - old bathrooms and carpet, dirty, full of hairs from previous guests, I kept seeing a rat in the hallway. Some staff are very nice - they provided cockroach spray when we complained and an alternative to breakfast another time we complained as we paid for buffet breakfast and it was cancelled when there was a leak… but I tried to explain that I don’t eat sausage and wanted toast the lady for room service put the phone down on me twice when I was trying to order breakfast to the room. Take it or leave it scenario. It seems the nightclubs take precedent. If you are merely a hotel guest they don’t care. Awful. Location is quite loud & sleezy at night, plus it’s quite far from nearest metro, at least 15 minute walk. I don’t recommend at all.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Good location with a parking service. There was a water licking in the washroom, was not repaired after complains. Its not recommend for peace loving people as there are many nightclubs which are open till 4 am, so you wont be able to get sound sleep because of the music. But I enjoyed it as a background music to sleep 😂 overall experience was good, i ordered a delicious food in the room. It was yummi and affordable price.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are nice the only advice is to take the room far from the club to avoid night noises.

Very Good location. Easily accessible to Dubai bus and metro.

It’s a very nice place and it’s tidy and the hotel staff is friendly also they’re us to check in earlier than the normal time as we requested and I highly recommend it to all my friends.
