It is many times that I come to stay at this place because if you have a car and convenient transportation, the atmosphere is quiet. And close to shopping centers, close to the airport, the staff provided good service, but the receptionist felt a little stressed. 😅🤣รวมๆแล้วok

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service Across the Board This hotel needs a complete overhaul, starting with its staff. It's hard to tell if the issues stem from lack of training or simple indifference, but the result is the same: subpar service. The front desk employees were disengaged and seemed clueless about customer service. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their job. Housekeeping was no better. When we ran out of toilet paper, I requested a refill and was given a box of tissue paper an hour later – completely unacceptable. Breakfast was another disaster, with staff mostly absent unless asked for help, and the food looked like it was prepared by someone who had zero interest in making it appetizing. Overall, I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The lack of professionalism and care makes it a place I won’t be returning to

Very basic room. Leaky hand shower, no curtwins in shower room, stained coffee kettle. No variety in breakfast buffet and poor taste for a high price. Only the bed was made up and towels changed. The room was not cleaned. Poor housekeeping. Rude bellboy.

The hotel seems conveniently located near the airport however the traffic is crazy during rush hours near the hotel. Check-in though late in the night was easy, however to inform the hotel about the delay in arrival through phone is an experience in itself as NOBODY picks up the phone. The chosen suite room was a bit on the smaller size - it is not as big as it looks in the pictures. The bathroom door was not locking from inside, the carpet in front of bathroom had a big patch on it, seems the water from the bathroom wet the carpet and it was cleaned properly. Also when I asked for a room with a view, I was informed that all suites are facing the back of the hotel which is not the case as I later found out. The staff is good however they need to improve inter-staff communication. As whatever I ordered or requested never arrived on time. It's good hotel at a very good location. They just to improve on few key elements. Overall a good stay but it can be improved.
