Gutes hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis leistungs Verhältnis

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, ich liebe Urban Khoory, weil es dort wirklich sauber ist. Der Rezeptionist namens Mario war, glaube ich, wirklich zuvorkommend.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Mittelklassehotel in einem Industriegebiet in Dubai. Es wird hauptsächlich von einer Buslinie F16 (4 Min. entfernt) und Bus 7 (13 Min. entfernt) bedient. Lage und Erreichbarkeit sind nicht optimal, da keine größeren U-Bahn- oder Straßenbahnhaltestellen in der Nähe sind. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und die Ausstattung ist vollständig, Service und Gastfreundschaft zufriedenstellend und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Die Dusche ist ausgezeichnet und hat tatsächlich heißes Wasser (im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Mittelklassehotels, die eigentlich nur lauwarmes Wasser mit instabiler Temperatur haben). Außerdem haben sie einen Kühlschrank, der tatsächlich funktioniert – er hält Getränke KALT und nicht nur kühl, was ich sehr schätze. Es gibt auch einen Safe, um wertvolle Gegenstände wegzuschließen. Das Hotel hat mir zu viel von meiner Kurtaxe berechnet und sie mir nach der Reise zurückerstattet, ohne dass ich nachgefragt hätte (ich war etwas skeptisch, als ich dies beim Einchecken bezahlt habe, da es höher war, als ich es für diese Art von Zahlung bei der Ankunft gewohnt bin). Sie haben ein gutes Buffet, das jeden zweiten Tag wechselt, sodass es sich wiederholt, wenn Sie 3 oder mehr Tage bleiben. Schlagen Sie vor, ein paar weitere Optionen hinzuzufügen. Aber ich habe auch gesehen, dass sie Gästen auf Anfrage Omelettes aus der Küche machen. Direkt unten neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt, der bis 23:30 Uhr geöffnet hat, was wirklich gut ist. Ihr Housekeeping-Knopfsystem ist etwas verwirrend. An einem Tag hatte ich den „Bitte nicht stören“-Knopf eingeschaltet, aber trotzdem kam jemand in mein Zimmer, um den Haushalt zu erledigen. Ich fand heraus, dass es daran lag, dass sich das Signal selbst zurücksetzt und ausschaltet, wenn man seine Karte aus dem Kartenhalter neben der Tür nimmt. Das war etwas entschärfend, aber ich habe nichts verloren und das Housekeeping hat mein Zimmer aufgeräumt, also war ich nicht zu verärgert.

Insgesamt guter Service und sauberes Hotel, ich hatte Probleme mit den Leselampen in meinem Zimmer, weil sie nicht funktionierten. War mit den tollen Designs in den Innenräumen zufrieden

Clean and nice hotel, friendly staff, good equipped gym, rooftop with pool. Location-wise it’s suburb so you need transportation for hot spots.

A lovely hotel, we booked the classic room which was okay for our stay. Housekeeping was excellent! Shout out to Awais and especially A.Rooban for decorating my bed! It was beautiful. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Downside is there is no YouTube even though its a smart TV so my child got bored. Their WiFi doesn't support VPN so had to buy data so I can talk to my family as you can't talk without VPN. They give reusable glass bottles for water which they fill up each day and give. Lastly their location isn't the best, all attractions etc is really far off so taxi is best bet as metro isn't close by.

Worst experience ever, not recommended at all, I used to book only flights with trip then decided to proceed with hotel, horrible experience, requested refund and reported the case to tourism police..extremely disappointed

The hotel's location was also a major plus, with a mart, taxi and bus station, and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the area and grab a bite to eat without having to travel far. I appreciated the ease of access to transportation options, making it simple to navigate the city and visit nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly memorable and exceeded all my expectations. From the luxurious facilities to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-tier. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with all the amenities one could ask for. It's a hidden gem that I can't wait to return to in the future.
