Ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, in zweiter Reihe. Dennoch sehr nah an der Metro. Die Gegend ist auch sehr belebt. Gerne Wieder.

All in all was good except for paying every night for outdoor parking, especially with such Dubai's weather! The building is slightly old.

Hotel location is good, too many food options, parking rate for guest should be fixed the parking guy took 30/- aed as the standard price is 20/- aed for the hotel guests. Check in was smooth, Reception lady staff was very fast with the check in process. Overall the stay was good

The staff is amazing and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are good with daily room service, but furniture is a bit dated and the gym is very small. Pool was closed at the time of my visit. Location is good if you want to see a different side of Dubai away from all the bling with the bling being one mtero ride away. Metro, supermarkets and restaurants are close by. All in all, I'd consider staying again.

Requested king bed but they provided joined bed

Our stay here now in excelsior is uncomfortable . Airxonditione problem 2x change the room and fix the aircon. The staffs of the hotel are good but maybe aircondition really need to fix.

smelly room lost luggage noisy at night. cannot sleep but lucky they found luggage next day and allow late checkout so replenished sleep. excellent location with entertainment diningvand night life

Good room and staff but however lengthier check-in procedure compared to other good hotels I've been to. However, worth it for the value.
