Les Suites du Lac

Un séjour parfait dans un hôtel à la hauteur de toutes mes attentes. Dès l’arrivée, on sent que tout est pensé pour le confort et la satisfaction des clients. L’établissement est très classe, décoré avec goût, et d’une propreté impeccable dans les moindres détails. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : accueillant, toujours souriant, professionnel et vraiment attentionné. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise, pris en charge avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de sympathie. Que ce soit pour un séjour professionnel ou un moment de détente, c’est un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Pool area was atractive and spacious. Our room was loft in the top floor. The room was clean and cozy. There is many floors in the hotel so be prepared for a lot of stairs. There is small lunch/dinner menu. We had pizza for dinner and it was good but not top class. Les Suites Du Lac is a perfect getaway location and we really enjoyed staying in there!

Good location to travel around the lake and mountains Near to the marina and restaurants. Comfortable room, well equipped with Grate view of the lake, car parking, swimming pool and nice garden. all the stuff was very helpful.

We stayed one night in this small and hotel (11 rooms) in our way back to Catalonia after spending one week in Switzerland. The hotel is in a beautiful location, very close to the lake Bourget. Most of the rooms have good views of the lake. The tropical garden and the swimming pool area are spacious and very well designed, with sufficient hammocks for everyone. Our superior room (Chambotte) was quite spacious and had a nice balcony with an excellent view over the garden, the swimming pool, and the lake. The employees are kind and ready to support whenever is needed. The hotel, globally speaking, is fine, a good option if you need to stay overnight in the area and even if you want to spend some days as well. There are some structural aspects that should be taken into consideration: • The parking area is very small and uneasy. Cars need to be parked in two parallel lanes of 5/6 cars each, one lane blocking the other one, so it is required to leave the key of your car in a locking box at the reception. • The hotel has 4 floors with narrow stairs. There is no elevator, only one lift that can be used by customers, but a standard elevator should be more appropriate for lifting people. • For a reason I still do not understand, there are two receptions, one for check-ins on the street level and other for check-outs two floors below, which led us to a certain confusion when we arrived and there was nobody at the check-in reception. In my opinion, there are certain aspects in this hotel that should be improved, as I outline below: • The mattresses of the hammocks and furniture in the swimming pool area need to be replaced. They are discolored and have a yellow / dirty look. • There are many scratches on the wood pavement that need to be repaired, not only around the swimming pool but in the balconies of the rooms as well. • The table in the balcony of our room was stained. It should be replaced by a new one. Wood lattices separating terraces do not provide suficient privacy. • The bed was comfortable, king size, but the space at the bottom of the bed was not enough spacious to easy circulate around the bed. • The wardrobe is too small and inappropriately designed. There is clearly no sufficient space. • The bathroom, small and uncomfortable for two persons, despite it has a spa bath and the toilette is outside, next to the wardrobe. With regard the service, I also have certain comments to make: • We ordered two pizzas to have dinner at the room and they were delivered undercooked. • The variety of the buffet for breakfast was not the best. In fact, it used to be better in past years as I have seen in photos taken by other customers in past years. • At our arrival we were asked to pay the bill in advance. In my opinion, this is quite unusual and makes you feel bad. I travel quite often since many years, and this is the first time I’ve been requested to pay in advance. Hôtel super sympa et très agréable. La qualité des chambres est exceptionnelle avec un jacuzzi top. La piscine est magnifique, surtout avec la vue imprenable sur le lac. Le service est impeccable, toujours à l'écoute et prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Un séjour mémorable dans un cadre idyllique qui invite à la détente et à la relaxation. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un week-end ressourçant et plein de charme. Sources

Un week-end en amoureux absolument parfait ! La chambre, la restauration du soir ainsi que les cocktails, tout était au top ! Le personnel est au petits soins, toujours souriant et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi super, autant pour les gourmand que pour les fan de fruits et de fraîcheur… difficile de ne pas trouver son bonheur ! Cet endroit est un vrai havre de paix ☀️ Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
