Besides the fireplace and the 2 locked owner's closets on the 3rd floor the entire home is available for your enjoyment! Our unit includes free parking for 2 vehicles. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Most well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional $150 pet fee per stay. No pets allowed directly on the furniture or bedding. Please bring your own pet blanket and be mindful as you will be responsible for any damage that occurs. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to notify the host of any pets will result in a $250 fine per pet. If the number of guests staying exceeds the number of guests booked, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and/or charge an unauthorized overnight guest fee of $50 per person per night. This is a non-smoking residence and we do not allow parties, events, or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine. WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The Owners (which, for this purpose, means the rental company, each of its members and managers and the owners of the Townhome being booked; and such Townhome, together with all furnishings, fixtures and personal property located within the unit, the exterior storage closet adjacent to the front door and any and all common areas shared with other residents of the Mountaineer property, including parking spaces and garbage disposal area, the “Property”) urge all guests at the Property (together with any family members, friends and other visitors of such guests at the Property, the "Guests") to use the Property in the safest possible manner. Use of all features at the Property, including the stairs, grounds, lofts, bunk beds, fireplace, and appliances, is done at the sole risk of the Guests, and Guests hereby understand and acknowledge that they are fully responsible for the use of said features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests hereby (i) agree that Owners shall not be liable to any Guests or any other person for any property damage, personal injuries or illness that have, or may have, occurred in or about the Property, for any reason, whether the result of proper use or misuse of the Property, natural events or disasters, negligence, intentional misconduct or general accident (collectively, “Damages”), (ii) waive any right to bring any claim or action against any of the Owners for Damages, (iii) agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Owners against any and all claims, liabilities or costs (including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by the Owners as a result of any claim or action brought by any Guests or any other person for Damages, and (iv) agree to reimburse each of the Owners for all expenses and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, suffered by the Owners by reason of a breach, violation or non-performance by any Guest of any law, rules of the Mountaineer property, or the terms and conditions set out in the Property listing, including this Waiver and Release of Liability (this "Waiver"). Guests acknowledge and agree that by booking a reservation for the Property, they are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions set out in the Property listing, including this Waiver, and that this Waiver shall survive Guests’ booking and stay at the Property and shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to principles of conflicts of interest. Great stay for a ski weekend! Wonderful condo - clean, cozy, and very well appointed. Great location and the Moover conveniently picks up right next door. Jen and Erica are excellent hosts, very responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Ski weekend Nicely appointed condo - close to slopes. Squeaky clean and updated If we were allowed to use the advertised fireplace after a long day in the frigid slopes it would have been a 5 and we would rerun year after year.

Excellent Christmas Break Stay Thank you Jen and Erica for a memorable stay at you wonderful Mt Snow Townhome! Our family had a fantastic Christmas break at the condo. It's an easy 3 min drive to main base of Mt snow. Everything in the condo was meticulously designed and super clean. It was one of the most well stocked and prepared VRBO we've ever stayed in. The upstairs loft for our three boys (ages 9-13) was a huge hit. Thank you again for wonderful stay!

MTN Snow luxury Everything was just as described and as pictured. It was incredibly clean by any means but especially for a pet friendly rental which was greatly appreciated by a family with pets with an “a” type mom. Jen was so helpful and accommodating when we had questions even on a holiday! Only bummer is we gambled on opening day for the mountain, but still had the best time (thanks for the sled).We will definitely stay again!
