Erstmals in diesem Eigentum oder in einem Sonesta-Marke Hotel. Nettes Zimmer und gute Lage. Stromausfall während einer übermäßigen Warnung in NJ half nicht, wenn die Stromausfall von 6:30pm ist bis mindestens 3:30am. Wir sind Senioren im dritten Stock. Keine Klimaanlage, Licht, TV, Verwendung in der Zimmerküche usw. Grundsätzlich ein dunkles Zimmer mit Wänden. Personal gab keine nützlichen Informationen oder geschätzte Reparaturzeiten, die JEDE Versorgungsunternehmen, die ich hatte, wo ich immer lebte, hat. Keine Backup-Generatoren, um die Zimmer zu steuern. Kein bezeichneter Ort, um Ihre Telefone zu belasten. NICHT! und keine Anpassung auf unsere Rechnung während der Checkout oder sogar eine Entschuldigung. Zweite Nacht unseres Aufenthalts ging die Stromversorgung innerhalb von 30 Sekunden aus, um den Aufzug zu entfernen und kurze Entfernung zu unserem Zimmer zu gehen, fast uns gefangen. Er öffnete einen Fall mit dem Pflegeteam und haben in zwei Wochen nichts gehört. Sehr enttäuscht von Sonesta :(

Ich gehe immer nach Lage, wenn ich in der Gegend bin. Was ich am meisten mag ist der einfache Zugang von Route 80, ist die Parkplatz groß genug, um übergroße Fahrzeuge zu parken.Die Zimmer wurden aktualisiert, und das Personal wird immer versuchen, meine Anfragen zu erfüllen. Ich habe das Ford-Zimmer für meine Unternehmensversammlungen benutzt das Zimmer ist sauber und bereit, wenn ich ankomme, Obwohl das Personal im Laufe der Zeit geändert. Ich vermisse Danelle sie arbeitete die Front Desk an der Abendschiffe sie war großartig ! Der Herr auf der Frontdesk über Nacht ist angenehm, dass ich in der Regel einen ”Have a good day” von ihm bekommen, wenn ich am Morgen früh raussneide. Ich habe kürzlich eine Interaktion mit der jungen Dame auf der Frontdesk mit dem Hund. Ich wollte die Hunde Aufmerksamkeit, fragte sie bitte nicht mit dem Hund sprechen und ging weiter, um mir zu sagen, dass ihr Hund ein Diensttier war. ihr Ton schien zuerst abrasive, dann merkte ich, dass es einen Grund, warum sie den Hund mit ihr hat. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich mich entschuldige und eine Gute Nacht. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft jedem.

Versuchen Sie es wieder, wenn Sie oben gehen.” Keine Lösung, keine Frage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer wollen. Wir gingen raus und als wir zurückkamen, gab es einen anderen Mann auf dem Desk. Er erwähnte es ihm, und er fragte, ob wir mit den Richtungen versucht hatten, die TAPIERTEN ZUR FRONT DESK. Nein, wir hatten mit den Schlüsseln versucht, die uns gegeben wurden, als wir eingecheckt wurden. Sie waren anders. Wir konnten im Lobby WiFi erreichen, aber dann funktionierte es noch nicht in unserem Zimmer mit jedem Einloggen. Es war nur ein Aufzug die ganze Zeit arbeiten - was war der Fall, als wir vor sieben Monaten dort waren. Der Pool war ”beheben” Also war es nicht offen. Es sah gut aus, aber nicht für die Gäste verfügbar. Am nächsten Morgen war das TV in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert und es auch nicht im Hauptzimmer, wo Frühstück gegessen wird. Und schließlich hatte der Duschekopf Wasser aus nur 1 von 3 möglich Sitze. Glückwunsch waren wir beide groß genug, um den Duschekopf zu erreichen, um es ein wenig zu richten. Die Zimmer sind freundlich mit allen Bedürfnissen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Küche und Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und wäre für einen längeren Aufenthalt bequemer. Der Fitnessraum ist sauber und gut verse mit Ausrüstung der Pool und Grillbereich ist sauber und geräumig insgesamt außergewöhnliche Ort

We came to stay at the hotel for a Wedding for one night. Our stay at the hotel was short, thank goodness. Our check-in process started off difficult because nobody was at the front desk and then once we were checked in, we had to ask for a Wedding gift bag as the gentleman forgot. We got in the room and I noticed the comforter had brown dirty marks all throughout. I called and spoke to someone and they said they will have somebody change it. When the two housekeepers got to the room, they decided to tell me it was humidity and not dirt. I didn’t know humidity can dirty a comforter. And if that's the case, I am assuming there is way too much humidity. After arguing that I wanted it changed, they finally did so. After that, I noticed crumbs all over the floor as this room has never been vacuumed between stays. At this point, I had to get ready for the Wedding and didn’t have time for another argument. For $200 at a Holiday Inn, I am expecting a clean room for me to get ready at and to sleep. I went to the Front Desk while I was leaving and yet again, hard to find somebody there so I waited for a little bit. I then told her my scenario and she said housekeeping left for the day and she would notify her manager. Never heard anything. Early that morning, we were checking out. Once again, I am saying “Excuse Me” because I see somebody in the office to the left of the Front Desk but nobody is acknowledging my presence. The lady finally comes out and tells me “oh, the manager gave you $20 off your stay.” I just wanted to leave because of the lack of customer service. That following Monday, I called the hotel and spoke to Linda, Director of Sales. She heard me out and basically told me I was a liar, because the housekeeping is so good, and there’s always somebody at the front desk. She said the last time somebody called to complain was 2 years ago, the reviews here show otherwise. She said she would get back to me and I have yet to hear from her. This just explains why I don’t believe what she has to say is not the case. I would have left if it wasn’t for the Wedding. I do not recommend staying here.

Mein Mann & ich benutzte dieses Hotel für unseren Hochzeitsblock. Wir sind so froh, dass wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Morristown hat einen besonderen Platz in unseren Herzen, so dass wir mit einem Hotel in Morristown gehen mussten. Das Innenhotel ist noch beeindruckender als das Außen, was wirklich einige unserer Gäste/Familie wow'ed. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. Wir reservierten eine Suite für unsere Hochzeitsnacht, es war zimmer & fantastisch, und wieder sehr sauber. Ich habe auch am Tag meiner Hochzeit eine Brautsuite reserviert, es ist ein Konferenzraum, dass sie über Bewegung von einigen Möbeln und hinzugefügten Dekor konvertieren, aber das funktionierte nur gut für mich und ich war glücklich. Ich würde definitiv dieses Hotel empfehlen.

We're Bonvoy members because we like Westins. According to the Marriott corporate website, the Marriott brand and the Westin brand are both considered “Premium” Bonvoy properties. As such we expected a similar level of service to what we've received staying in Westin properties. Unfortunately this particular Marriott is a stunning disappointment. We arrived at the property for check-in to find there was no valet parking. They charge a parking fee of $15.00US, which they charged by default, even if you have no vehicle there. Several of our friends who arrived by taxi had been charged. They had to call back and get the charges removed. In addition, there was no staff at all to assist with baggage. Everyone had to haul their own. There was an exciting scavenger hunt to find a luggage cart whenever you needed one. The rooms are clean and present well. I appreciate that there are walk-in showers instead of tubs. I question the choice to use a vinyl composite flooring instead of carpet. The hard surface makes the room noisy, the floor cold, and has a very “Super 8” feel to it. As with the Westins, the beds are quite comfortable. We originally intended a 7 night stay, but due to reservation issues we opted to cut back to 5 nights. I've called the property a dozen times over the course of 14 months to reserve a hospitality suite for the week. The sales manager here is either incompetent, lazy or both. In that 14 month window she was unable to fulfill even this exceedingly basic request. She ignored every single one of Marriott's 5 core values and ruined a trip we've been planning for three years. Our first experience with the on-site dining elicited a mixed reaction. The food was better than expected, and our server was extremely accommodating. We had a table that ended up being 12 people (started with 6, expanded as additional people arrived). Some left and others took their spots. All told we were there about 2-1/2 hours. The hostess was quite cranky, apparently it was inconvenient for her that we were still buying drinks and chatting. She pointed out a few times that we couldn't stay long, as she had another group coming in. That struck us as odd, as she'd told us earlier that they don't take reservations. Even our server was getting annoyed with her, probably afraid she was ruining his tips. We found that breakfast service is short, closing by 9:30, and the staff member in charge of the lobby coffee was quite anxious to shut off the coffee machine Friday morning, even though several of us were gathered in the lobby chatting and...wait for it...drinking coffee. Apparently she was afraid the guests would avail themselves of...guest amenities? There was no coffee service at all on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Hotel tip: Anyone staying at a property Marriott considers “Premium” shouldn't have to order coffee delivered. The convention space is nice. It's smaller than most I've been to, and really too small for the convention we were attending. That
