Bungalows très colis. Le décor de manière générale se prête bien à l'immersion culturelle et pousse à l'évasion. On ne peut être dans un meilleur endroit pour envisager le désert. Mon seul problème c'était la difficulté à venir de nuit depuis la gare routière jusqu'à l'hôtel. Ils ont omis de préciser que si je voulais venir à pied( 30 mn) qu'une grande partie du chemin se fait dans la nuit totale car il n”y à pas d'éclairage publique, à travers champs et palmiers. Ca peut etre flippant pour un non-initié.

Wir sind als Gruppe mit 8 Personen vereist. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Anlage selbst sind stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist oftmals - bis auf ein paar wenige Ausnahmen - unfreundlich, unorganisiert und nicht motiviert. Reklamationen werden zwar entgegengenommen, aber nicht umgesetzt. Zimmerwünsche werden kaum berücksichtigt. Das Essen ist lauwarm, langweilig und für die Größe des Hotels gibt es wenig Auswahl am Buffet. Auch bei nicht voller Auslastung mangelt es überall an Gläsern, Bechern, Geschirr und Besteck. Trinkwasser ist oftmals Mangelware im Restaurant. Wasserflaschen - bis auf eine pro Zimmer und Tag - gibt es nicht bzw. werden nicht ausgehändigt. Emails an das Hotel vor Reiseantritt blieben trotz mehrmaligem Urgieren bis heute unbeantwortet. Sogar beim Check-Out feilschen die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter noch mit falschen Unterstellungen um jeden Euro. Am Strand gibt es zwei Stege, die hinaus aufs Meer führen, von denen einer komplett gesperrt war und der andere mehr als baufällig und desolat. In der Hotelanlage hab es kaum Beschilderungen oder Hinweistafeln, wo was zu finden ist bzw. wann welche Aktivitäten oder Themenabende angeboten werden. Dies hat uns bei der Orientierung auf dem großen Areal etwas gefehlt.
