Das ist das dritte Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel geblieben bin. Das Zimmer ist sauber und groß, die Betten sind komfortabel. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Celine hat den Check-in handhabt und war freundlich und effizient. Check-in war reibungslos und rechtzeitig.

Das Hotelpersonal war oben und darüber erstaunlich. Jede Person im Bankettpersonal war erstaunlich mit zu arbeiten. Als Hilfe freue ich mich immer. Die Ingenieurarbeit ging oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Vorbereitungen für den Urlaub auf dem Grundstück in zeitlicher Absicht gemacht wurden. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von der Professionalität des Personals des Hotels. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an alle und alle, die in Südflorida bleiben wollen.

Waren hier für 3 Tage. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Fluglärm hält sich absolut in Grenzen. Im Zimmer nichts zum hören vom Fluglärm. An der Rezeption sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Front Office Supervisior Herrn Baguisa. Außerordentlich zuvorkommend und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Eine absolute Bereicherung für dieses Hotel. Kommen deshalb wieder am Schluss unserer Rundreise. Pool und Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück in der Club Lounge sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt neben Hauptstraßen, wenn Sie in die Innenstadt von Miami oder anderswo fahren. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück war einfach und mit hochwertigen Produkten und Angeboten ausgestattet. Die einzige Beobachtung ist, dass Sie den Zimmerreinigungsservice 24 Stunden im Voraus anfordern müssen, sonst kommen sie nicht, um das Badezimmer zu reinigen und die Mülleimer zu leeren. Aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes war es für mich in Ordnung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht jeden Tag zu wechseln, aber ich würde empfehlen, dass die Rezeption die Gäste auf diese Reinigung auf Anfrage aufmerksam macht. Als wir jedoch am Tag vor unserer Abreise um eine Zimmerreinigung baten, erledigte die Rezeption dies freundlicherweise noch am selben Tag. Ich werde bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder dort übernachten.

Um den wenigsten ... ausgezeichneten Service zu erwähnen. Hopper hat meine Reservierung vermasselt und ich war enttäuscht, wie Hopper meine Reservierung verwaltet. Glücklicherweise hatte ich Malcolm, der Nacht-Front-Agent, der mich erlaubte, zu prüfen, während meine vorbezahlte Reservierung verloren war. Der Dienst, den Herr Hernandez angeboten hat, war oben und darüber. Hopper war nicht ernst und löste das Problem am nächsten Tag nicht, bevor er auscheckte. (Sie versprach, das Problem zu lösen, das es nie passierte, dass die Nacht). Danke, nachdem Herr Hernandez seine Äußerung beendet hat, übernahm Frau Kiana das Problem und löste es. Ich möchte mich wirklich an Malcolm und Kiara ausdrücken, weil die Wärme willkommen und der Professionalität mehr war als ich erwartet hatte. Wenn Sie für Geschäftsreisen oder Spaß reisen, sollte Aloft Doral Ihre erste Option sein. Ich hoffe, Marriott Hotels halten eine solche große Kundenservice-Ausbildung, die eine große Kundenqualität zeigt. Kudos für beide. Ich fühlte mich immer zu Hause und fand nie etwas unregelmäßiges, aber Hopper Service. Großer Service, großes Management.

I would like to thank all the team from the Miami Airport West Doral hotel for such a warm and professional care during my 29 days stay. I really felt at home and was always welcomed with a smile and the will to help. Special thanks to Jose A., Brian, Santiago and Andres, the front desk team that really impressed me and were always very friendly. Marriott Hotels is very fortunate to have these gentlemen in their team. The hotel facilities are also very good, and several great restaurants nearby. Thanks a lot and see you soon.

Hier blieb, um am nächsten Tag einen Flug zu fangen. Zimmer war sauber, Bett war komfortabel, hervorragender Wasserdruck. Verwendbar den Shuttleservice zum Flughafen zurück. Front Desk war freundlich, aber sie vergessen die Wache Ruf, gute Sache wir ein Alarm gesetzt. Ich würde wieder bleiben.

We had two rooms and stayed overnight. -The hotel is only 3.5miles from the Miami International Airport. But will take a good 20mins. to get there in traffic by car. -Great location(restaurants and shopping at walking distance). -City Place, Doral is just across the street and great place to hang out. -Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. -Free car parking, Front desk staff was very friendly. -Breakfast was decent and hotel offers luggage carts. -If you like running/walking outdoors, there are long stretches of sidewalks. But use the ones behind the hotel that are calm(less traffic). If you need to be closer to the airport, this property is a great choice. Overall very comfortable and will return.
