Comfort Inn & Suites

This is a basic hotel in the suburbs of San Juan. The big negative is the six lane road directly in front of the hotel. While most rooms are technically ocean view there is a very busy road between you and the ocean. It was incredibly noisy all night long with loud trucks and motorcycles. The quality of the room was 2 star level with a small dated bathroom. There was no microwave or refrigerator, which is now standard at most hotels. We were shocked to find out that they were charging over $400 a night due to a special event. Luckily, we were able to use points which made it much more affordable. The breakfast was just OK. The location is near Dorado and beaches. There are fast food restaurants and local shops nearby. Unless you can sleep under any conditions I would not recommend this hotel.

Remote yet close to metropolitan buzz, clean rooms, breathtaking views, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Friendly guests. I usually stay in tourist area/isla verde but will consider comfort inn Levittown first for next time!

I loved it just waiting on my deposit and it will be completely perfect the breakfast was good as well and the people who work at the hotel are nice and would definitely tell my family and friends to come

Great location. We’ve stayed here 3 times now. This latest visit was pre and post cruise. I do not feel safe in San Juan. At this hotel, I had no fears. We even walked to a local restaurant. Please note that this location is along a major roadway. Not an interstate type road, but, busy. There was noise, but tolerable This is not a top tier hotel. It is not a Ritz Carlton, it is not a Hyatt. However, this is a superior location. Those top tier locations are $500+. This location is much cheaper. We were in rooms 509 and 503. Thanks to front desk supervisor Rachel we were upgraded. These were both suites. See if they will upgrade you! They had a full hot breakfast. 1st one I’ve had a a hotel since Covid. Thank you Comfort Inn So I highly recommend this location. It is not in San Juan, but is in Levittown. It’s about a 20 minute drive to/from airport and also the cruise port. We used Nancy as our taxi driver. She drove safely (compared to all others). Call her at 1-787-370-6395. Good travels to all. R M M

EXCELLENT NICE PLACE AND COMFORTABLE I RECOMMEND IT WILL ENJOY IT NICE EMPLEOYED AND HELPFUL PEOPLE DONT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!NO MORE AIRPORT FOOD BEACHES BAKERY STORE MALL TAXY UBER ALL CLOSE AND THE BREAKFAST MAGNIFC

We had a very enjoyable stay the rooms were clean and well kept and the service was fantastic Would definitely recommend this hotel We’ll be staying there again We had a wonderful view of the beach from our window and enjoyed the pool when we we were not on the beach

Clean Room, Clean Area, Excellent Services at the front desk. The employee on this please give the customer good service. I visited the place 2 times in less than one month on Vacation from Chicago with my family 100 % Satisfied

I would recommend Comfort Inn 💯 percent staff was very helpful and kind always greet you at everytime and asked if you needed anything..pet friendly I was amazed at how they had a christmas tree with pet gift ornaments for your pet to pick one..and the beach balcony view was spectacular as per breakfast was just like homemade and fresh very organized and clean.. I would definitely come back!! I loved everything of Comfort Inn

I arrived very very late Because my flight didn't come in until almost midnight. And it was almost 1: 30 when i finally arrived. The man working the desk was right there I didn't have to wait or ring a bell For somebody to show up. The parking lot was a little small but it was not a problem.
