Everything is fine, except for room amenities,very basic things must have in Room like coffee or tea bags, tissues,tooth brush but missing in the suite room,even standard room in other hotel have this simple things,but overall I'm happy with the room

The servis was excellent. We got a wake call around 10.30am to confirm our checked out or stayed another night. Strategic location. Surrounded with foodcourt and supermarket.

The bathroom was clean and stocked with quality toiletries, which added to the comfort of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room, which was a nice touch. New refurshied hotel, got myself family room located at level 4 but unfortunately the lift only available until level 3. Get staff to assist to bring the luggage to my room tho. Location wise around 8km to center city, i have rented car so no issue or else need to call for grab car.

Although the dining options were limited, the quality of the food served was commendable. The only minor downside was the limited parking space. Nonetheless, my experience at Bundusan Hotel was memorable and I would highly recommend it for a pleasant getaway.
