Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

The hotel is only 600 metres away from the nearest Metro Station. The room rate is competitive. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities inside the room is in good condition, except that water leak out from the shower room to the place in front of the room main door. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of food. The front desk receptionist is courteous and helpful.

For business purposes, I stayed at this hotel and I like this hotel because convenient to visit FCI DG. In general, this hotel is meeting my expectation and people at that hotel are good and polite.

The hardware is of good quality and the environment is new. However, the issue lies with the receptionist who lacks experience and is unaware of the hotel's offerings. When I requested a baby bed, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, but it turned out that the room already had a baby bed. Additionally, I clearly indicated that I needed a non-smoking room, and the hotel confirmed via email that they had arranged one for us. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the room was in the smoking level (level 12) , which was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of designated non-smoking areas, the staff failed to inquire about guests' smoking preferences. Consequently, many people were smoking in the non-smoking areas. While the hotel's hardware and facilities are impressive and new, the staff's lack of training and professionalism is evident. But the location is nearby the train station .

Auf dieser Geschäftsreise war ich immer noch sehr zufrieden mit der hohen Qualität von Huihua und den umliegenden Annehmlichkeiten, also habe ich meinen Plan, das Hotel zu wechseln, aufgegeben und bin noch eine Nacht geblieben. Come to this hotel often because of my old age, need to frequent a blind man massage parlour to relief my body aches. This hotel is comparitively new in this small town and meets my basic expectations of a comfy hotel.

The room (Guest Room) we chose was so-so. Limited to 7th floor. I believe these were the rooms partially renovated from the old sauna service rooms prior to the vice crackdowns from ten years ago. The rooms were fitted with a sauna (not sure if working or not) and open, not enclosed shower. Room was smaller than the deluxe/executive rooms and did not have the amenities such as bathtub, enclosed shower, in room safe, bathrobes, disposable slippers, iron and ironing board. I would recommend paying $4 - $10 more just to get one of the other rooms. The redeeming factor about our stay was that it fell during their 14th anniversary and we were able to receive discounts of about 30% on our dinner meals. We had two separate consecutive reservations.

Ich kam am 1. Mai hierher und wählte nicht die überfüllten Touristenorte, sondern wollte ein Thermalquellen-Resort-Hotel ausprobieren. Ich habe mich dafür entschieden, als ich sah, dass das Hotel auch einen Kinderspielplatz hat. Shenzhen ist nicht weit entfernt und am ersten Feiertag gab es keinen Stau. Man kann im Hotel erst nach drei Uhr einchecken, es war also kurz nach drei Uhr. Ich habe mich für ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude entschieden. Um zur heißen Quelle zu laufen und im Pool zu baden, kann man auch das daran angeschlossene kleine Batterieauto nehmen. Ich habe gesehen, dass das Hauptgebäude auch einen beheizten Swimmingpool hat, hatte aber keine Zeit, es mir anzusehen. Umgebung # Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß und es gibt Obst zur Begrüßung. Es gibt ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank und einen kleinen Kaffee, den ich aber nicht benutze . Die Schalldämmung ist mittelmäßig und das Geräusch vorbeikommender Personen ist nicht zu hören. Als ich am nächsten Tag mein Gepäck abholte, fragte ich, ob ich ausgecheckt hätte, aber sie klopften danach an die Tür eine Weile. Da es noch nicht einmal zwölf Uhr ist, ist das etwas seltsam. #Spa Das Thermalbad befindet sich an der gleichen Stelle wie der Wasserpark für Kinder, und es gibt auch ein großes Schwimmbad. Es sind viele Leute da, aber Sie können sich auch einen großen und kleinen Ort zum Einweichen aussuchen, und es gibt eine Servicetheke, die warmes Wasser, Ingwertee und Handtücher bereitstellt~ #Frühstück Um neun Uhr gab es tatsächlich eine Warteschlange für das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Tag. Zur Entlassung geeignet ~ Es gibt auch einen Ruhebereich für Eltern + Überwachung. Insgesamt ist es nicht schlecht ~ Es eignet sich für einen kleinen Urlaub mit der Familie.
