Von der Ankunft am Mittwoch Abend wurde ich von sehr freundlichem Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt, das meine Check-in sehr schnell verarbeitet und mich in Richtung meines Zimmers richt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut vorgestellt. Für ein Budget Hotel ist dieses Hotel sehr wertvoll.

Kann nicht fehlen, Personal groß wie immer. Lucy war bei der Eincheckung bei der Rezeption zusammen mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter, dessen Name ich nicht gefangen habe. Aufgrund des Verkehrs am A1, kamen wir später als geplant, und wir konnten nicht gestört werden, aus zu gehen. Also entschlossen wir uns, nur in unserem Zimmer für die Nacht zu kühlen. Später am Abend treffen wir uns mit Jamie und Lewis die Nachtpersonal. Nachdem wir die Bewertungen gelesen haben, waren wir etwas besorgt über das Lärmproblem, aber kaum alles gehört haben. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, und das Badezimmer war auch spotless. Unter der Seite des Zip und link Bett begann, in der Nacht getrennt zu ziehen, aber leicht sortiert. Wir haben im Hotel nicht gegessen, so können wir auf dieser Seite nicht kommentieren. Check out war schmerzlos. Hannah und Claire waren angenehmen und freundlich. Auch der Parkgarten, als ich unser Gepäck in den Wagen in der Ladebasse vor dem Hotel ladete, war freundlich. Ich bin sicher, wir werden irgendwann zurückkommen.

Very disappointed, we went there for two nights on the Bank Holiday weekend. They only told us a few days before that the restaurant would be closed due to a function so we had no time to find elsewhere. The breakfast on the first morning was so busy not much left and was awful when it came out. Seemed like the staff were running round like headless chickens. The second morning wasn't much better. When I asked foe a drink on the second day to take to the room I was told bar closed and had to go over to the pub ,owned by you. My wife had a knee replacement just a few weeks prior so walking was out of the question. So based on all this, I would not recommend and I wouldn't stay there again. Unfortunately my Sister booked the rooms so I couldn't get my Best Western points. Very dissatisfied

It’s a budget hotel but offers a great deal for the price. The area is very easy to find, straight off the m18, situated close to a Morrisons and McDonald’s do no need to be hungry, petrol station there too. Hotel has a large free car park, well lit at night. Entrance to hotel and reception is nice, bright and clean, staff really friendly and welcoming. Stairwell up upstairs rooms is chilly and a bit in need of decorating and a quick clean, but the actual room corridors are fine. Room is fine, basic, but it’s a budget hotel, what do you expect, it’s clean, quiet, beds comfy and there’s a telly. The bathroom was a bit of a handful however, which is truthfully the only reason I gave 4 stars, I’d have certainly given 5 otherwise… it’s no ventilation no extractor fan, and with a shower was a wet room smog, so steamy that you can hardly see where you’re at, the lighting isn’t great either, but it’s only a bathroom and I was in and out! Breakfast is fantastic! Great selection, fruit/cereal//coissants, toast, full English drinks buffet style, really good! Cannot recommend enough! Dining area is more or less in reception area so easy to find, comfy, and clean, the staff on are great, happy to help, welcoming, friendly and chatty, this is what it should be like! I’ve stayed in loads of hotels in the uk and it’s rare to get genuinely pleasant staff who actually look happy to be at work, seriously well done guys! I hope ibis read reviews, because for a budget hotel this one is very good! 👍

5* und darüber hinaus. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht. IST EIN MÜSSEN BOOK VENUE. Ich habe vor kurzem eine sehr enge Freunde Hochzeit besucht, und ich wurde mit diesem Ort und dem Personal abgestürzt. Lee war absolut erstaunlich und sicher, dass jeder die beste Zeit hat. Die Hochzeit lief rechtzeitig und war aus dieser Welt. Es waren Gäste aus der ganzen Welt, die jederzeit ankamen und nichts war zu viel Problem. Die Gärten die Zimmer, das Essen, die Getränke das Personal alles war perfekt 🙂 Als Gast war ich sehr beeindruckt und würde diese erstaunliche Lage und erstaunliche Service, die mit Liebe und Pflege an Ihrem besonderen Tag gegeben wird, bestenfalls empfehlen
