Allso erstens möchte ich alle vorwarnen die dieses Hotel buchen möchten, tut es nicht ! Preis Leistung ist eine katastrophe und das wichtigste es ist unhygienisch. Jetzt zu den 2 wochen erlebten ereignissen & der vorfreude beim buchen dieser hotelanlage: Mit Vorfreude (nach langer suche) habe ich das hotel gefunden, wo auch nicht billig war, doch sehr gute Bewertungen auf TripAdvisor hatte = 4-5 Sterne. Ich verbrachte mit meiner Verlobten 14 Tage in dieser Hotelanlage. Ich muss nicht betonen wie gross die vorfreude wahr, insbesondere das die bewertung mit 4,5 auf tripatviser super wahr ! Es ist sehr entäuschend da ich mich immer auf diese webseite verlassen konnte , allso bitte aktualisiert diese bewertungen ! Wenn man es sich genau ansieht sind alle 5 sterne bewerungen am gleichen Tag immer wieder alle 1-2 monate ?! Leider wurde ich (in diesen ferien) durchs Band entäuscht.... das erste zimmer war eine nicht zu vermittelnde schlafgelegenheit = Defekte Klohspühlung & Dusche (es spritzte überall hin nur nicht gerade...) & WC Tür & & &.... Ich konnte die erste nacht nicht schlafen bis ich nicht ein update erhalten habe und zwar ohne einen mehrpreis zu zahlen! Das zweite zimmer war dan wirklich besser doch dem standart mit dem das hotel beworben wird, nicht würdig... Das essen schmekte leider nicht so gut... es sah leider auch nicht apetitlich aus... und wenn mal etwas gutes angeboten wurde = Pizza & Burger.... dan kam ein streit zwischen den einheimischen hotelgästen auf wo die securiti schlichten musste.... OMG.... hatte danach keinen hunger mehr und verzichtete auf den snack an der Pooltheke... Die angebotenen getränke waren... wie soll ich es sagen... Man hatte das gefühl das kein alkohol sondern billiger sprit als ersatz in die koktails gemischt wurde. Einzig das bier war nicht schlecht. Nun zum wocheende, es ist jedesmal überfüllt mit einheimischen jungendlichen die sich überall in der Hotelsnlage breit machen, trinken, ihren Abfall rumliegen lassen, übermässig laut sind. Das hotelpersonal ist masslosüberfordert an diesen Tagen, es sind viel zu viele Gäste und zu wenig platzt. Der Respekt und Anstand lässt zu wünschen übrig, ganze Familien drängen sich bei der essensschlange vor, es gibt keine grenzen auch bei der bar nicht. Das personal muess diese immer wieder zurück in die schlange schicken was leider auch nur eine seltenheit ist.. ausserdem wir man hier alls „ english“ sprechender Gast, einfach wie 2 klasse behandelt, die einheimischen können und dürfen alles, werden bevorzugt und man selber hat einfach den kürzeren gezogen. Man fühlt sich einfach extrem unerwünscht in teil situationen , was für ein hotel eigentlich der untergang bedeudet.. Bin wirklich entäuscht von diser hotelanlage, da dise in keinster weise die positiven TripAdvisor Bewertungen, wiederspiegelt. Wunderschöne Hotel, Top Anlage. Das Strand ist traumhaft mit weißen Sand und tirkis Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr, spricht meistens gut Englisch und gar kein Deutsch. Die Zimmer sind aehr sauber und die Kliimaanlage ist perfekt und sehr modern. Pools sind auch sehr gut, sauber und gut gepflegt. Essen war auch sehr gut. Mit Negativ würde ich bewerten: schlechte WILAN auf dem Strand, zu wenig Schatten auf dem Strand und was war sehr schlecht ist die akustische Isolation zwischen die Zimmern in Hotel ( kann man ganz ruhig hören wie sein Nachbar schneicht, was leuft auf Fernseher iin Nachbarschaft etc. ). Insgesamt es war TOP Urlaub und ist in jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen

Das Hotel liegt super zentral im Ort. Alles was man benötigt ist in 5min erreichbar (der Ort ist an sich nicht so groß) Der Checkin hat super fix funktioniert und die beiden gebuchten Zimmer waren auch so wie in den Bildern zu sehen. Zimmer wirken durch den Fußboden und Möbel recht dunkel, aber lassen an nichts mangeln. Täglich wurde angefragt, ob wir die Zimmer gereinigt haben wollen. Der Besitzer José war bei allen Fragen eine Unterstützung und hat geholfen. Beim nächsten Besuch komme ich gern wieder in dieses Hotel. Thema „Lärm“: wer in die Dominikanische Republik reist wird schnell merken, dass es die Dominikaner etwas lauter mögen. So auch hier. Nicht jeden Abend, aber immer mal wieder spielt laute Musik und die lauten Motorräder fahren durch die kleinen Gassen. Dieses Thema hat aber nichts an der gemütlichen Atmosphäre des Hotels geändert. Es ist ein „Brauchtum“ was man vielerorts findet. Einzig die Kirchenpredigt zum Montagabend, welche bis 23Uhr im ganzen Ort zu hören war, war mir neu.
