The 4th BR has a short hallway to a 2nd sleeping alcove with Queen bed. Since there is no door, we do not count it as a 5th BR, but the two sleeping areas are separated by a full bathroom, which they share. There is a large office space over the 2-car garage, a small sun room and a small South-facing deck, and an extensive back deck/patio with several seating pods and 2 large barbecue grills which provides terrific outdoor living in summer. The deck/patio backs up to open forest, allowing for significant hiking options right from the back yard.
