Excellent service. Authentic staff. Thanks so much for giving me the best and most hospitable experience. The food was excellent, well prepared. Very friendly and cordial attendants. Many thanks to Mary, Liz and Sultan. Very comfortable room and bed. I slept like a baby hippo.

The service was good. Specially two person name mohiuddin and sultan, they assisted me all the way possible. Food was also good. Several mosque are nearby. Almost in the city center. Even if i reached hotel at 2am in the night, they provided me some snacks inspite of being the kitchen closed. Overall very nice atmosphere.

Super fancy restaurant! The F&B service team, specifically Keshab and Rina, were super welcoming to me and made my first visit feel more comfortable. Overall, Grand Regal hotel provides a nice dining experience in Qatar with an exceptional f&b service team!

I spent 6 nights at the Grand Regal Hotel of Doha Qatar... It's a neat and clean room. Very good room service. And the very good staff of this hotel... Specially thank Mr.Zakir who is in charge of IT in this hotel. His behavior towards customers is very friendly and very good. He is the best person at the Grand Regal Hotel... Staff is so helpful especially in the entrance security and drivers. They help me daily with booking taxi sometimes assist me my product . They also have bar available if you need to relax 12th floor , 1st floor and M floor. Very near in metro station and Karwa Bus Stop.

Poor service staff should be more active and responsive. I always need to call them thrice for each thing like tissue boxes, internet connectivity, room service etc. But kudos to Ms. Champa she was really helpful throughout the stay very professional.

2 days ago...I stayed in Grand Regal Hotel and i had stop over for my connecting flight,I can say that this hotel are very amazing,the room that i stayed are very clean and comfortable,also the food are very delicious,I want to say thank you to Ms Sunshine for being so kind,she treated us very well with a smiling face,thank you for the good service together your team,i enjoyed staying in this hotel. Wonderful experience, Good and friendly Staff, special thanks to Mary. One of the best view from the restaurant. The ambiance is great. There is also bar to chill out. My room is clean and neat. The hotel is near to pharmacies and supermarket for daily needs.

Location amazing Hotel facility and room are well managed I stay for two nights and i will recommend it since it’s at the central of Doha Front office team were very accommodating and welcoming and room service is available around the clock apart from many bar the security is present.

The staff at the hotel were very kind & pleasant and I especially want to commend the outstanding assistance provided by Mrs Champa. She went out of her way to assist not only me but all the guest at the hotel patiently answering all the queries with the broadest SMILE ever. She is excellent at her work & goes far beyond anyone’s expectations. She is definitely an asset to the hotel & goes an extra mile to ensure all the guest are well looked after & no one has any complaints. Finally she ensures that their transportation arrives in time to the airport & personally walks them out of the hotel to the travel bus. Even during the peak hours when no one is there to assist her & lots of guest do check out at the same time, you will see her patiently handling the reception desk with a smile not once showing she is stressed or overburdened. The hotel is lucky to have her as one of their outstanding staff ensuring that everyone who walks into the hotel is left with fond & pleasant memories of their stay at the hotel. I had a great experience overall. The location was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. However, I had some issues with the front desk staff, particularly with Champa, who was rude and could benefit from hospitality training. Unnesasory delaying to accommodate and she has no regret. It's important to remember that the front desk team is often seen as the face of the institution, so their behavior can greatly impact the overall guest experience. Restaurant staff has played their role in very good manner especially angel and reena.

My recent stay at Hotel Grand Regal was absolutely delightful! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, especially, Ms. Chamba at the reception. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. There are many bars if like to unwind. Location is convenient, metro station is just 7 mins walked away from hotel and bus stop is very near from of hotel, souq waqip is nearby a museum also near along with too many restaurant options and small market.

Very good located, 10 M for National Museum and near the corniche. Nice and clean rooms, and very helpful personal, made our stay in Qatar feel like home away from home and one of the best trips we’ve had.
