Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for.
Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits.
I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff.

it's a Excellent five star hotel, all staff in all departments are friendly, helpful
I enjoyed it so much
The location is very good do not say excellent, you need Uber, Doha is very small and transportation in Uber is not expensive, and also very fast access to anywhere you want
A one-minute walk from the hotel there is a mall with many restaurants and shops, especially Pierre Hermier, the famous chocolate shop in Paris. In addition to a supermarket, a very luxurious multi-storey store, in addition to some luxury brands.
It is supposed to find a hole between the hotel and the mall,
Also, going to the center of Doha requires you to turn a long distance
The hotel management is supposed to communicate with the competent authorities to open a closer road, and this is possible theoretically and practically

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent service throughout. All staff were superb, it would be difficult to name them all but want to give a special thanks to Abishek from the front desk team and Pedro from the breakfast team for taking such a good care of us.

Where do I start. This hotel surpassed my expectations. The hotel is an aesthetically pleasing experience. From the white lobby, to the unique spiral staircase and beautiful pool area, there was no space that was not more stunning than the next. Room was super spacious and comfortable. Dinner at Morimoto is a must. Customer service excelled at the Mondrian Doha.
