Like the location, it’s close to the center and all spots I wanted to visit But we were really surprised when the double room had just a one pack of amenities, faced to it firstly

酒店大堂挑空很高，等待和見朋友都不錯。早餐不貴，大約60人民幣，吃的不多但是可以飽腹，風味就是中東傳統飯。 酒店拖鞋給得很好，底子和鞋面都非常厚實，讓我上飛機時候腳不冷，這一點比許多同等級酒店做得好。 房間比較大，燈光也足。 整體感覺很大氣。 唯一缺點是他們的電插口與歐洲不太一樣，但前台可以借給你插頭，非常好。 位置很棒，樓下過小馬路就是國家博物館，附近有一條街的飯店。 很棒。酒店完全對得起房費價格。且我發燒，身體不適的情況下，攜程管家幫我聯繫了許多酒店，提前入住都需要另外付費，他家不需要！特別人性化。 提示，機場過來坐車就可以，打車打出租，機場旁邊沒有Uber。而Uber從酒店去機場也不貴，才18-20多的卡塔爾里亞爾，合人民幣30多到五六十。 （諮詢時候，其他某酒店，不是這家，説可以酒店去機場接，人民幣200，就不划算了）。 這家很好，再來還住。

The hotel is quite new with good prices deals trying to be four star hotel but definitely not mention the advantages and disadvantages Advantages 1. New. 2. Good prices. 3. Clean but I believe with time it will get really deteriorated especially at the toilet where low quality standard of fixtures / tiles  and water mixers are used. 4. Good size suites but the rooms are below rooms standard in size. Suites are spacious. We booked two suites and one room. Disadvantages 1. Received my key with wrong room where I entered the room where a lady was sleeping luckily she did not wake up. I immediately got out and went to the reception and the receptionist did not show or say a single word of appology or regret.  i was extremely disappointed not only because of wrong key but his response was not at all professional and as nothing happened. 2.  Windows are not sound proof (Residential bad quality of Aluminium windows are used)  so all cars / trucks passing noise will be heard. 2. Windows sides  are full of sand at the sides and sliding channels as it looks it was not cleaned since opening.  3. Construction noise was heard round the clock, afternoon night and early morning. They even work at the weekend (Friday)  with big banging noise. 4. Neibour mobile alarm was heard. 5. Bed is not that much comfortable. 6. Only one tissue box at the hall. Not provided at the two toilets within the suite nor at the room. 7. You must inform them to do house keeping. Pushing the house keeping light is not enough. Asked at 1 pm to do house keeping and came back at 5 pm but not done. Asked them again at 6 pm and came back at 11 pm but not done. Went again to the receiption and finally they send someone for house keeping before that he told me that house keeping is done and I told him it was not done and he can come to show him and on the other day when I told the issue to the same person who told me he will send he got really annoyed and misbehaved. 8. Safe box is not working. 9. No toilet at the lobby. 10. Iron Board is available without iron machine. 10. Ms. Jenny accused us of breaking one chair. I paid eventually for damage. The supervisor was very well behaved but she was so rude as I was explaind her that we did not do it but she is blocking me from hearing. 11. I shown Ms. Jenny all of the above points in writing and she did not even try to discuss the same or tried at least to take my contact to discuss the same above shortfalls into details that shows unprofessional behaviour. I think the management shall really do something about it as they really have a good facility that needs some attention to get improved. 12. Limited parking. 13. No black out for the curtains so the light enters freely. Refer to the photo. In general the product is good relative to the price but you have to bare in mind the bad service provided where you need to sacrifice the services over the cost.
