This was my second stay in Dodoma, and SO much better than the last one. Best Western is centrally located, which made it easy to access different government departments as well as local markets and also some very nice bars and restaurants. There is limited parking but this is fine for international business visitors arriving by plane. The existing small airport is so close you could almost walk to and from it. The standard room was great. The desk was fine (and I spent a lot of time using it), the bed was comfy, the AC and TV worked well and the shower was super. There were three different venues to eat (depending on time of day) and the menu was good. Breakfast was particularly good. The view of the city from the top lounge is spectacular. There is a small pool on the roof that also offers remarkable views. I didn't use the small gym, but it looked good and well maintained. Business facilities (conference rooms, computers and printer) were all really good - and critically - the wifi was excellent. BUT - what really made the stay enjoyable and relaxing (despite my busy itinerary) was the wonderful staff. Everybody from the cleaners, waiting and security staff to the receptionists and managers were excellent. They all gave the impression that they enjoyed their work and wanted to assist customers in whatever way they could. This has not been my experience at other establishments and the difference it makes to a busy business trip cannot be over-stated. All the key staff also had excellent English which was really helpful for a visitor whose Swahili remains limited. Finally, if you have a chance to attend Thursday night karaoke you will be amazed by the vocal range and wonderful voice of Michael, who lead the event and encourages participation. And yes - I would visit Best Western Dodoma again.

Das Zimmer verfügte über große Einrichtungen, darunter Klimaanlage, Fan, Kettle, TV und Balkon. Das Hotel war so ruhig und es war eine Freude, von den Vögeln aufzuwachen. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und das Restaurant serviert großes Essen mit guten Teilen. Ich möchte den Reisenden auffordern, Shuttledienste vom Hotel zu bestätigen, bevor sie in die Stadt landen, um Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden.

Arrived late and left quite early so could not try amenities. Check in was ok if a little slow. Room was large and spacious and better than the other Nashera hotel in Morogoro. I ordered room service as i was tired and pizza was awful. Very dry and looked like it had been cooked day before and just warmed up. Breakfast again was poor. Chicken looked like it was days old. Luckily put sugar in my cup before coffee because as i was about to pour i saw sugar was full of ants. Very bad experience. If I was in area i would possibly consider staying again but only if dinner and breakfast made a vast improvement.

Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und komfortabel.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal nach Tanzania gereist und im Zentrum dieses Hotels geblieben. Unser Flug wurde verzögert und wir kamen erst vor Mitternacht. Der Hotelmanager und das Personal warten auf uns mit dem Abendessen alle aus und machten uns sehr willkommen. Nichts war zu viel für sie zu tun. Lächelnde und aufmerksame Wächter nahmen uns nach einem langen Flug sehr gut auf. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Dieses ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, gut verwaltet und großartig für Geld!

Sehr nahe der Stadt, das Gebäude ist relativ hoch und sehr gut zu finden. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hygienisch. Der Service ist gut. Angesichts der relativ niedrigen Hotelgebühren kann ich nicht mehr bitten.
