"I had paid for a King room and was downgraded at check-in to a queen (that felt closer to a double). For the cost, I also expected a tidier space, but it was not particularly clean. It was an ok experience, but it wasn't what I had hoped for when I booked the reservation."

"The building was recently severely damaged by a tornado and hail. There are still rooms available, but I would have appreciated knowing this before I booked. The room I stayed in had very few outlets and I had to unplug the microwave and the refrigerator so I could plug in my laptop and charge my phone. It was quiet and I slept well so it wasn't a total loss."

Super 8 by Wyndham Fremont NE ★★

"We booked a room through Trip. When we arrived, we were told even though there was a reservation, they didn’t have any rooms. We were still charged for the room by Trip, even though Super 8 cancelled our reservation. We ended up traveling another 50 miles before we found another room. We are out $193. plus dollars and didn’t get a room and had to keep traveling late at night. If we could get a refund from Trip, we would be willing to change this review."
