Wir sind am Montag, 10.00 Uhr von Sydney nach Melbourne angekommen, mit der Absicht, in einer Wohnung zu bleiben, die wir reserviert haben. Wir kamen in die Wohnung und es war schockierend. Wir konnten nicht in dieser speziellen Wohnung bleiben, da es nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit war und nicht sicher war, da wir 4 Kinder mit uns hatten. Wir suchten nach alternativen Wohnungen und wir trafen das Nesuto Hotel. Die Zeit war jetzt 10 Uhr. Wir riefen sie an und fragten, ob wir uns das Apartment ansehen könnten, bevor wir eine Entscheidung treffen, da wir sicher sein wollten, dass es für unsere Kinder sicher ist. Der Manager Krisha kam überein, uns einen Blick zu nehmen. Wir waren beeindruckt und reserviert 2 Hotelzimmer. Krisha und ihr Personal waren erstaunlich und sehr sorgfältig. Sie sah, wie stressig wir waren und wollten, dass wir glücklich sein. Am nächsten Tag rief Krisha mein Zimmer an, um zu sehen, ob ich ok war, als sie sah, wie nervös und stressig ich war. Alles, was ich sagen konnte, ist, dass das die besten Hotels waren, die wir gewesen sind. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es war nahe dem öffentlichen Verkehr. Aber das Beste war, dass das Personal sehr sorgfältig und freundlich war. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

3rd time staying at Quest New Quay and it was fantastic. It's such a perfect location right on Docklands. Super clean room, bed was very cosy and comfy. Everything you need is convenient and in good order. I really have nothing to complain about! The staff were very friendly and check in and out was fast. This is my go-to accommodation when staying in Melbourne because it's simply perfect every time.

Liebte dieses Hotel mehr als ich erwartet hatte. Ich bin hunderte Male in der Collins Street daran vorbeigegangen und habe nie gewusst, dass es sie gibt, bis ich dort von einem Freund gebucht wurde. Die Gebäudefassade sieht veraltet aus und ich hatte geringe Erwartungen, wie modern die Zimmer sein würden. Aber es stellte sich als wunderschön heraus. Schöne Größe, bequemes Bett, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ein kleines, aber zeitgemäßes Badezimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile, die sich als nützlich erwies, zumal sich neben dem Hotel ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet. Es fühlte sich wie ein Zuhause in der Ferne an Das Hotel hatte ein schönes kleines Fitnessstudio. Nichts Besonderes, aber genug, um den Job zu erledigen Das Parken ist ein tolles Angebot; Wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, zwei Häuserblocks spazieren zu gehen, hat das Hotel einen Vertrag abgeschlossen, der 11 US-Dollar pro Nacht in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus in der Flinders Lane kostet. Es schien zu schön um wahr zu sein, war es aber nicht. Das Parken ist eine solche Ware im CBD und ich werde nur aus diesem Grund zu den Oaks zurückkehren Die Lage ist großartig. Ein paar Blocks vom Yarra River, Southern Cross und direkt gegenüber vom Rialto entfernt. Ich wagte mich an die Bar im 55. Stock und liebte die großartige Aussicht über die Stadt, nur wenige Minuten von meinem Zimmer entfernt Abgesehen von dem alten, generischen Aussehen des Äußeren des Gebäudes gab es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

Das Hotel wurde am 3. und 4. Juni geöffnet. Neues Hotel, so wie erwartet, sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, aber das Bett war sehr komfortabel ( 2 Könige Singles zusammen gedrängt), das Badezimmer war eine gute Größe mit großer Dusche,die hatte eine Hand gehalten Kopf,sowie regen Kopf.Kein Wächter, aber hatte eine Eisenbahn, die rund 6 Kleidung hängen.. Connie, die am Vordertisch war erstaunlich, sehr hilfreich und nichts war zu viel Problem.Sehr einfach.und schmeißlos Einchecken.. Lage des Hotels war großartig, ein Stein werfen zum Vic Market ,und Restaurants. Wir werden in Zukunft zurück sein, und empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel ... 2 Thumbs up ...👍👍

A new and charming hotel, in the district of Docklands in Melbourne. Excellent location, very calm and quiet, next to a Tram Station, free ride to several places in the city, including downtown, walking to the Docklands and the Marina. The room was comfortable and specially clean, great king bed, nice shower with good amenities. Amazing infinity pool with a great view, sauna and a equiped fitness center. The breakfast has great quality, excellent food and beverages. The highlight are the staff, very attentive and friendly, the general manager Mr. Christian, is always available and present. One of the best lounge in Marriott Hotels. The M Club has a super nice atmosphere, excellent options for food and drinks, excellent wines and a chef in the morning preparing a very good breakfast. Congratulations to Fazeel and his team, they are ALL spectacular. I recommend André I'll be back. Thanks to all the wonderful human being from this elegant Marriott Hotel.

Ich bin regelmäßig für Geschäftsreisenden und habe in vielen gut bewerteten Unterkünften geblieben, aber ich kämpfe um etwas zu finden, um in diesem Hotel zu kritisieren. Das Personal ist erstaunlich - nichts ist zu viel Problem, sie tun alle kleinen Dinge, über und über das, was ich erwartet würde, dass Sie sich wie ein besonderer Gast fühlen. Sie alle schienen ”hand-picked” zu passen, um die Servicekultur des Hotels. Die Qualität und Reinigkeit der Einrichtungen sind A1. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und ruhig. Ein kleiner Tisch & Stühle, Sofa und riesige TV waren ein willkommenes Merkmal. Die Konferenzeinrichtungen funktionierten gut. Konferenzcatering, Frühstücksraum und intimate Bistro/Cocktailbar bieten Qualitätsnahrung und Getränke. Mein Partner ist in einem Rollstuhl behindert und alle seine Bedürfnisse waren gut und wirklich in einem Standardzimmer erfüllt. Nur 1 Vorschlag - es wäre großartig, magnetische Türhalter installiert zu haben, so dass die Tür offen bleibt, während mit dem Rollstuhl oder Taschen durchfahren. Danke Marriott Team, wir werden sicherlich zurück sein :)

Es war ein erinnerelicher und glücklicher Moment, im Discover Park Melbourne zu bleiben. Die bereitgestellten Einrichtungen machten uns so komfortabel. Fühlten sich zu Hause, wie wir frei kochen können und wie gewünscht umher wandeln. Bezirk nicht besetzt und ruhig. Nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Stayed here over two nights with my partner and we both were VERY happy with the stay. The ONLY thing unfortunately that we did not like was the fact that the bed sheets had several blood stains on them which was highly concerning. I called them for a replacement which they were HAPPY to do however i figured since i'm just staying for 1 more night i would use the extra blanket stored away in the room in hopes that no one really uses it and that it is clean throughout because it also gets washed after every stay. Unfortunately even that was kind of dirty with dried up white crumbs on the fabric (kind of looks like dried up dough). By then, it was already too late to call for a replacement and had to settle with that. The oven also could not close completely and i had to put a chair against and under the handle bar to keep it closed. Other than the blanket cleanliness and oven door, everything else was perfect. My partner and i absolutely loved the place and despite the negative aspects of the things mentioned, do keep in mind that the hotel staff were more than happy to fix the issue and were very friendly, which i did not take them up on the offer as i did not want to hassle them for just 1 more nights stay. Therefore, if you decide to stay here, just make sure you check everything and request anything before the after-hour times. Additionally, their customer service was also very friendly as previously mentioned. They also allowed a late check-out by 1 hour, free of charge which i really appreciated. They were very patient and exceptionally welcoming every time i spoke to them. The check in and check out process were all quick and easy and i would highly recommend a stay here. It's pricing is great as well and they are close to the CBD!

I’d like to share our Villa experience at Crown Towers Melbourne room 3138 from 29th to 31st May 2023. To start, our greeting from Anthony and Sarah was simply delightful with champagne and the ultimate introduction of the room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more on arrival. The housekeeping attention to detail was excellent, though a mop was left in the second lavatory on the 2nd day. Not a big deal for us, however it’s those small touches that could impact other guests impressions. The bed was WOW - the linens, wow wow wow, like a cloud. The Koko Black chocolates were beautiful though the fruit bowl was nothing to be desired, a fruit platter would have made a nicer touch. The ceramics and art work in the Villa were spectacular though please inspect and dust the two ceramic cranes in the bedroom, the dust on them was so thick, I don’t think it had been done for a couple of months. The power plug at the bedroom window was slightly off the wall requiring maintenance and scuff marks on the walls. There was some feedback that we would like to give that would’ve made our stay absolutely incredible and memorable and what we thought would have been included as a ‘butler touch’ but failed to deliver. (Noting that we have stayed at numerous other properties globally that do this) For example, Knowing that it was our anniversary, a romantic bath or rose petals on the bed after we returned from the club room, would’ve been a nice touch Knowing that we were going to stay in, enjoy the room and watch movies, a small gesture of popcorn or movie snacks would’ve been a nice touch. I would have loved if it was offered to have our luggage unpacked. The in-room tablet is a big thing for us. It’s something that influences us to stay at Crown! Knowing that we can order room service at any time from the tablet. This never worked and was never able to be fixed for the duration of stay. This was a big letdown. On our second night the turndown service came approximately 1600. It was the two Butler team, plus two Housekeeper‘s, it would’ve been better if they had of waited until we went to the club room at 1730, so we were not disturbed. Overall, I don’t think you can offer the butler service as a selling point because we were not offered anything different than when we have stayed in the Premier Club suite. If the Butlers are meant to offer you services, then this feedback should definitely be delivered because we were not offered anything above and beyond what we would get in a standard Crown Suite. Though worthy to note that any time we interacted with any of the Butler team, the communication was professional and delightful. I do expect absolute perfection in hotels (and I’m happy to pay the price) but there were just a few imperfections that need attention. I have booked again for my 40th birthday because the room was so beautiful but I will come prepared with a list of requests for the butler team since its more ‘ask and you’ll receive’ rather than ‘we will

This is a really good quality hotel in a nice part of Melbourne. We are Accor Plus members but this night was booked using Emirates points. Accor still gave us a a top floor room with a stunning view and the usual free drink vouchers, which I didn't expect since I didn't book with them. The room was clean with the aforementioned good view and had every thing you need for a short stay. Improvements would be a coffee machine instead of simply a kettle, and a better Chromecast as the one we had just wouldn't work. These are minor issues though. Lifts were very slow, as only one seemed to be operating. Breakfast was efficient and tasty, although the included coffee could be improved and the extra charge coffee was too cold to be enjoyable. All in all an excellent hotel to stay at if you need to stay in the South Wharf end of Melbourne, and we will certainly stay again.
