大家記得 來這裏住宿的時候 需要帶着清潔設備哦☺️ 這是一家非常垃圾的公寓，垃圾的管理．我很難想 象一家公寓自己存在損壞的傢俱卻要求住户賠償. 同時讓他們提供我們入住前的傢俱樣貌時也沒有辦法提供． 但是他們卻在之後要求住户提供入住時的房屋檢查，同時要求入住時發現傢俱問題及時上報． 這讓人感到無奈．高高興興出來旅遊 你去讓我做服務中介的活？ 垃圾的服務 垃圾的態度 垃圾的酒店管理 我的建議 是 能避開就避開 不要給自己的旅行留下噁心的記憶.

Reception wasn’t really a reception. Had cleaning stuff everywhere and was just a table and a couch with laundry and service consumables everywhere. Otherwise the apartments were great except when two out of three lifts didn’t work.

Easy to find, great view and close to where we needed to be. The tram at the doorstep was a bonus

We stayed in Room 2805 on the nights of 03/03 and 04/03/2023. We booked through Bookings.com and paid $1710 for the 2 nights (confirmation number 3117539450, booking name Claire Billing). This email is to express our dissatisfaction with many aspects of our stay. Please see below a list of issues and corresponding photos. Several hooks in the main hallway were falling off leaving unsightly holes in the plaster. The carpet was filthy dirty. Especially in the main bedroom, the carpet is beyond steam cleaning and needs replacing. The dust built up around the edges was revolting. The hard floors had dirty drip marks on it and the edges around the cornice were filthy and had collected debris and dust. We got dirty feet from walking on the floor barefoot. The paintwork was chipped and had scuffs on it. The whole apartment is in dire need of a re-paint. The footrests and cushions in the loungeroom had visible spills. The shower in the main bathroom was coated in a slimy sludge around the edges (that wiped off when rubbed with foot). It was evident the showers hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Liquid splashed up the wall in the loungeroom Dirty finger prints on TV, powerpoints and bathroom mirrors. Powerpoints were dusting and dirty. Cobwebs inside and outside on the deck The fridge has no handle and was difficult to open The wine glasses were an odd set and didn’t match Several dishes (drinking ware, crockery and cutlery) were dirty. Some had food remains on them. All kitchenware had to be rewashed before using. The bottom sheet on the beds were tucked in a lot down the bottom and not at all at the top, exposing the mattress protector The beds were made with the top sheet and blanket tucked in extensively down the bottom so when the person got into the bed, they were only covered from their waist down. Beds had to totally pulled apart and remade. No spare blankets provided for the beds The accommodation really tarnished our stay and is simply not good enough. We paid a premium price and I’m sure you can understand how disappointed we were. To be advertising this property as a penthouse and asking premium prices is unethical.

I've stayed in hundreds of different accomodation all around the world, this place wins the WORST AWARD! Filthy dirty, huge stains on carpet, slimy showers that hadn't been cleaned for months, grime and grot in every corner and crevice, hard floors that left our feet dirty, beds made with the sheets only coming up to our waists, food baked on crockery and cutlery, mismatched wine glasses, no handle on fridge, liquid splashed up the walls, holes in the plaster where decorative hooks once hung, cobwebs inside, stained cushions and footrests. The carpets need replacing, the whole apartment needs repainting. The bathrooms need to be scrubbed with a toothbrush and soft furnishings need to be replaced. Disgusting! We paid $855 per night and was offered a very small refund (then they withdrew the offer) as an apology. Management were rude and couldn't have cared less. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Great location & apartment, more care is needed with apartment cleaning

The bedding was a let down as they only had one very thin blanket and no doona. The mattress was also uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty and the apartment stunk. The shower needed a really good scrub also.

Great location for our needed weekend away. Tidy and quiet. Enjoyed our quick stay. Easy after hours check in.
