Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, in Dockland (letzte Haltestelle der freien Zugzone), nur 20 Minuten mit freier Zugfahrt zur Stadt, große Transporteinsparungen. Wir haben 2 Queen Bettzimmer für 3 Personen, kostenfreies Wasser, kostenfreier Kaffee. Auch hatte Pool und Fitnessraum im Niveau 6 Highly recommend place for people who want to travel around Melbourne cbd

Wir sind am Montag, 10.00 Uhr von Sydney nach Melbourne angekommen, mit der Absicht, in einer Wohnung zu bleiben, die wir reserviert haben. Wir kamen in die Wohnung und es war schockierend. Wir konnten nicht in dieser speziellen Wohnung bleiben, da es nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit war und nicht sicher war, da wir 4 Kinder mit uns hatten. Wir suchten nach alternativen Wohnungen und wir trafen das Nesuto Hotel. Die Zeit war jetzt 10 Uhr. Wir riefen sie an und fragten, ob wir uns das Apartment ansehen könnten, bevor wir eine Entscheidung treffen, da wir sicher sein wollten, dass es für unsere Kinder sicher ist. Der Manager Krisha kam überein, uns einen Blick zu nehmen. Wir waren beeindruckt und reserviert 2 Hotelzimmer. Krisha und ihr Personal waren erstaunlich und sehr sorgfältig. Sie sah, wie stressig wir waren und wollten, dass wir glücklich sein. Am nächsten Tag rief Krisha mein Zimmer an, um zu sehen, ob ich ok war, als sie sah, wie nervös und stressig ich war. Alles, was ich sagen konnte, ist, dass das die besten Hotels waren, die wir gewesen sind. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es war nahe dem öffentlichen Verkehr. Aber das Beste war, dass das Personal sehr sorgfältig und freundlich war. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

Das ursprünglich gebuchte Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer wurde ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu einem Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern (eigentlich ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Studio) aufgewertet. Das ursprüngliche Ein-Schlafzimmer war sehr billig. Die Küche ist ein Edelgasherd in einer australischen Hotelwohnung, der zum Kochen geeignet ist. Der Pool ist klein, aber es gibt einen 25 Meter langen Gehweg, und es gibt ein Spa, eine Sauna und der Nachtblick auf den Yarra River ist auch wunderschön, was wirklich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist. Der Verkehr ist normal. Es liegt in der Nähe der Southern Cross Station, aber weit vom Federation Square entfernt, was bedeutet, dass es nicht in der Nähe von Chinatown und dem Haupteinkaufsviertel ist. Es liegt in der Nähe des Bürobereichs, der sich für Geschäftsreisen eignet. Schade ist nur, dass sich die Rezeption neben einer Drehscheibe befindet und es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze gibt. Die einzigen zu sehenden Parkplätze sind auch für die Polizei. Auf diese Weise ist die Rückgabe der Schlüssel nach der Ausfahrt aus der Garage eine sehr verrückte Sache. Ich weiß nicht, ob es noch jemand gelöst hat. Ich parkte das Auto auf der Drehscheibe, stürmte hinein, warf den Schlüssel und rannte los. . . . . . Zu peinlich. Auch beim Check-in gibt es dieses Problem, denn für die Garage ist ein Schlüssel erforderlich. Es kann nicht wie in anderen Hotels sein. Halten Sie an und gehen Sie dann wieder raus, um einzuchecken. Aber wenn Sie nicht einchecken, haben Sie keinen Schlüssel. . . .

I’d like to share our Villa experience at Crown Towers Melbourne room 3138 from 29th to 31st May 2023. To start, our greeting from Anthony and Sarah was simply delightful with champagne and the ultimate introduction of the room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more on arrival. The housekeeping attention to detail was excellent, though a mop was left in the second lavatory on the 2nd day. Not a big deal for us, however it’s those small touches that could impact other guests impressions. The bed was WOW - the linens, wow wow wow, like a cloud. The Koko Black chocolates were beautiful though the fruit bowl was nothing to be desired, a fruit platter would have made a nicer touch. The ceramics and art work in the Villa were spectacular though please inspect and dust the two ceramic cranes in the bedroom, the dust on them was so thick, I don’t think it had been done for a couple of months. The power plug at the bedroom window was slightly off the wall requiring maintenance and scuff marks on the walls. There was some feedback that we would like to give that would’ve made our stay absolutely incredible and memorable and what we thought would have been included as a ‘butler touch’ but failed to deliver. (Noting that we have stayed at numerous other properties globally that do this) For example, Knowing that it was our anniversary, a romantic bath or rose petals on the bed after we returned from the club room, would’ve been a nice touch Knowing that we were going to stay in, enjoy the room and watch movies, a small gesture of popcorn or movie snacks would’ve been a nice touch. I would have loved if it was offered to have our luggage unpacked. The in-room tablet is a big thing for us. It’s something that influences us to stay at Crown! Knowing that we can order room service at any time from the tablet. This never worked and was never able to be fixed for the duration of stay. This was a big letdown. On our second night the turndown service came approximately 1600. It was the two Butler team, plus two Housekeeper‘s, it would’ve been better if they had of waited until we went to the club room at 1730, so we were not disturbed. Overall, I don’t think you can offer the butler service as a selling point because we were not offered anything different than when we have stayed in the Premier Club suite. If the Butlers are meant to offer you services, then this feedback should definitely be delivered because we were not offered anything above and beyond what we would get in a standard Crown Suite. Though worthy to note that any time we interacted with any of the Butler team, the communication was professional and delightful. I do expect absolute perfection in hotels (and I’m happy to pay the price) but there were just a few imperfections that need attention. I have booked again for my 40th birthday because the room was so beautiful but I will come prepared with a list of requests for the butler team since its more ‘ask and you’ll receive’ rather than ‘we will

Stayed here for 2 nights on a quick trip to Melbourne. Very comfortable bed and plenty of room in the walk in wardrobe for your luggage and clothes. Little tight getting around the bed however nothing major. Plenty of room in the living kitchen area. Close to Woolies and walking distance to city and South Melbourne. Would stay here again

I have stayed in the US with 'The Standard'. New York City and Downtown LA. I learned about the Hollywood one when an Architecture student. I was a bit let down when i stayed there. Both the staff and decor. Yet loved the other two. I'd already found a US chain I really like. Dependable, beautiful design, comfy beds. So I was very pleased to see a Standardx on my way to see some music the week before. I had to go back to the same venue and one other on the northside the next week. The price was very reasonable. The staff were great. Its just such a great area with great food and music and the perfect treat night for a local or a traveller.

Awsome, ein kürzlich renoviertes Hotel ca. 30 Minuten außerhalb von Melbourne CBD. Unspottlich sauber, gut gepreistes Hotel mit sehr komfortabel klimatisiertem Zimmer. Auch ein willkommenes Getränk, eine unerwartete Überraschung. Das Hotel liegt nur etwa 150 m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen hervorragenden Bistro für Mittagessen und Abendessen. Das gemeinsame Badezimmer ist auch super sauber und gut gepflegt.

We arrived out of hours and were expecting trouble however it was a simple phone call and we got our key. We got a great deal on our accommodation, which had more than enough for our needs. The facilities (pool etc) were great and everything in our room worked perfectly. the air con was cold and quiet, the TV was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the walls (toilet) and curtains (main entrance) are a little dirty (probably due to being a specific room for lots of children?) however this is just fussy. I will most definitely stay at Discovery Park again without any hesitation. From check in to check out it was easy, quiet and stress free exactly what I needed

My wife and I operate a small coach tour company, and have done so for the last 28 years. We offer residents of Sydney, the Central Coast, the Southern Highlands, Canberra and Queanbeyan, the opportunity to travel on a variety of tours, ranging from four days to ten days in length, to different areas in Eastern Australia. Last week, a group of our passengers from these areas travelled on a seven-day tour to Victoria. During the tour, our passengers stayed for four nights at the Novotel Melbourne Preston. We certainly have no complaints or regrets about using this Hotel for our group’s stay! When I first contacted the Hotel in September 2023, about the possibility of using it for my tour group’s accommodation for this tour, my enquiry was treated with genuine enthusiasm. I was put through to the Sales Manager, Ms Michele Kerrigan. Michele was amazing to deal with. After a steady stream of telephone conversations and emails during the next few days, the accommodation was booked, and the menus for all the dinners during this stay were locked in. At some hotels we’ve used over the years, this process can take weeks, and it can be quite a frustrating experience. At this Hotel, it was the exact opposite. So, a huge ‘thank you’ to Michele, for making this all so easy for us as tour organisers! After all the arrangements we finalised, and the booking was locked in, Michele passed on our booking to the Sales Coordinator, Annalise Dimase. Once again, Annalise was an absolute delight to work with! Between the finalisation of the booking, and the date of the group’s arrival, we spoke many, many times on the phone, and exchanged many, many emails. In all my dealings with Annalise, she was professional, personable, helpful, patient, and attentive. On a few occasions, when Annalise was unavailable, I was transferred to Nada, another member of the Sales Team. Again, Nada was wonderful to work with. When our tour group arrived at the hotel, Michele, Nada, and Annalise were all there to greet the passengers. They were very impressed by the warm and friendly welcome offered to them by this team! Once inside the Hotel, this level of service was experienced in all sections. The reception staff, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, the chef and kitchen staff were all friendly, welcoming, obliging, and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to any tour groups requiring accommodation in Melbourne. Judging by our experience, it would be difficult to surpass the level of attentiveness and friendliness offered by the management team and staff, the quality of service, the degree of comfort, and the attention to detail our group received during their stay.
