Hotel/Motel checklist The four essentials: Safety Adequate Heated water Clean room Environmental controls AC/Heat (If 1 out of 4 of these are not met, it is an automatic failure, no exceptions) Bathroom: Toilet- small, not comfortable 2 Sink-low flow-1.5 Shower/Bath- water not hot enough although warm enough not to receive an automatic fail-2 Towels- 4 Soap-no selection-1 (Bathroom has a hairdryer and a timer switch for a heat lamp which they don’t have, so useless.) Room: 1980s Carpet-dated but clean-3 Paint-Uniform clean with minimal smudges-4 Furniture-Dated-2 Closet-tiny-1 Security- adequate, interior carpeted hallway with door peep hole-3 Appointments/amenities: Bed-firm and uniform. Pillows standard foam-3.5 Fridge-works well-4 Microwave-Works very well and fast-5 Coffeemaker-Dated and coffee selection poor-1 Air/heat-very good-4 TV-picture quality fine but no sound-0 fail Wi-Fi- spotty and slow-1 Lighting-good-3 Curtains-sub-par- light leaks through the edges and fabric-1 Property (1980s) Breakfast:-0 Maid service only on departure-0 Complementary hot beverages-0 Lobby:-spartan-2 Front desk: limited hours-2 Score: 0.0-5.0 perfect total-120.0 final point average 2.04 Comment: mainly because of the price I paid per night ($137), I cannot recommend staying here. Had this property been in the low budget range($80＜) then I could recommend with caution. At the price I paid, fresh brewed coffees and snacks should be provided during the morning hours and ALL room amenities should be in working order. Certainly maid service on request should be provided as well. As I write in 2024, no hotel in these here United States of America should have piss poor WiFi if offered ,especially one that is 60 miles from Bay Area, Inexcusable! The first room I looked at had new laminate flooring and fresh paint. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was nonexistent in that room. My feeling about laminate floors are mostly negative. I understand that they’re easier to clean, however, so are floors of a minimum security incarceration facility and that is what laminate floors feel like. Echoey and loud. I hope this brief review helps both the guest and proprietor.

Receptionist so rude. . Dirty.. they charged me twice . But I stay only 1 nights. I asked them. They said they will refund to me. But until now . I am still not receive any refund from them..don't come over here. It waste your time. And the staff so rude.

The facility was clean and quiet. Access to various amenities were provided. Lots of eating areas within short distance. Privacy was well observed. Price was very reasonable compared to similar motels. I did not stay overnight so I can not comment on the continental breakfast portion of this survey.

Room poorly maintained. Stained sheets and bed cover. Bath vanity light did not work properly. Shower rod, towel bar sagging and toilet paper holder won't hold. Electrical outlet without cover with exposed "hot" side posing electocution risk? TV did not operate and needed remote replaced.
