Zunächst hat das Reisebüro nicht alle Informationen zu diesem Hotel geschrieben. Wir sind seit dem 27. Mai in diesem Hotel. Leider kann ich nichts Gutes sagen. Ich fange damit an, dass wir um 7 Uhr morgens angekommen sind und erst um 14 Uhr ein Zimmer bekommen haben, wir bekamen ständig die Antwort, dass es noch gereinigt werde. Obwohl das Hotel fast leer war. Als wir es endlich bekamen, war die Bettwäsche auf dem großen Bett sauber, aber die Kinder haben sie leider nicht gewechselt. Wir mussten ein paar Stunden warten, bis die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Das Badezimmer wurde leider schon lange nicht mehr repariert und nie vollständig gereinigt. Jeden Tag nach der Reinigung gab es Schmutz. Die Reinigung im Hotel erfolgt ohne Wasser, lediglich mit einem Desinfektionsmittel in einer Sprühflasche. Das Personal spricht überwiegend Türkisch. Nur wenige Leute sprechen Englisch. Wir durften mehrere Tage lang nicht in den Pool, weil dort Chlor geschüttet wurde, aber am Ende blieb das Wasser grün. Der Strand ist schmutzig und nicht gereinigt. Hotelangestellte sagen, dass ihre Saison erst am 1. Juni beginnt, aber bis zum 1. Juni war das alles noch nicht erledigt. Beim Essen gab es überhaupt keine Auswahl: ein Fleischgericht und 2 Beilagen, und so jeden Tag. Obst fehlte völlig. An der Bar mangelte es immer an Getränken. Es gab nicht einmal klares Wasser. Das Reisebüro kam nie im Hotel an. Es wurden keine Führungen angeboten. Es gibt auch keinen Ort zum Spazierengehen. In der Gegend gibt es nur zwei kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Anscheinend kommen nur Einheimische in dieses Hotel. Touristen aus Europa haben dort nichts zu tun. Wir zahlten einen nicht geringen Betrag und unser Urlaub war ruiniert.

Wo anfangen. Das Wasser roch nach Schwefel, die Wanne voller Rost, das Bett, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gaben mir einen Ausschlag und das Essen war ekelhaft.
Es gibt einige anständige Hotels in Dikili. Dies ist keiner von ihnen.

WORST HOTEL EVER DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING!!! I would give it a 0 star if I could. Me and my friend stayed here as a last minute booking however it turned into a holiday from hell and ended up costing us £1000 to escape this nightmare. The management is awful and will pretend to not know English when it suits them although their English was perfect prior to any issues arising. There is mould everywhere the food was awful and when demanded to pay an additional £100 following a room move which we assumed was free considering the beds were stained we then tried to leave the hotel and were intimidated with police and our drivers phone being taken giving us no choice but to pay. As two women in a foreign country this kind of intimidation is unacceptable. This hotel should not be listed and no one should think of booking this!

The hotel is promising a lot in appearance, but in some points it has difficulties to meet even 2-3 stars. Worst issue was almost salt water running from the hotel tap. My child almost vomited while brushing his teeth. The shower in our room started to flow with the first shower and it was not fixed despite the technical staff coming and checking. We had to use the towels that we had to use to dry ourselves constantly for the establishment of flor. The shower was not clean and the underside of the mirror was rusty. Apart from that, we can say that the room is generally clean. But there was not even a glass of water in the room. The hotel has an all-inclusive system, but don't expect anything other than morning and dinner. Food standard was not bad or very good. The water of the great pool was almost green and did not inspire much confidence.

I was looking forward to a pedicure with my daughter-in-law , it was for her birthday. However the day was a good example of price doesn't equate to quality. How can you book a pedicure and as they are working on your feet they tell you they don't have time to take off your nail polish and thus can't paint them. Nobody At the time of booking told us that they don't take off gel nail polishes, which at every nail place is standard. I give credit to the girl I had as she decided to do it for me regardless.However, the other girl flat out told my daughter in law that she doesn't have time to do it. What were we there for - come on really !! For what they charge the experience and remaining pedicure was below average.

The dinner and lunch were great. A lot of great food. ,Service also good. The challenge was that nobody spoke English. However, we used Google translate. Maybe less music during the day around the pool would be good. It was a bit intense at times😊

otele giriş yaptığımız ilk gün lavabosu düştü. suları çok pis kokuyor kokudan duş almak diş fırçalamak ölümdü. odalar hergün temizleniyordu. yemekler berbatttı hergün patates kızartması çıkartıyorlar patates tarlası vardı sanırım. yemeklerin lezzeti çok kötü tat tuz yok köfte et döner leş gibi kokuyordu ne etiyle yaptılarsa artık. mezeler kötü sabah aksam aynı hatta bozuk ürün bile koyabiliyorlar söylediğinizdede yemeklerine toz kondurmuyorlar. tatlılar deseniz 1 hafta boyunca aynı tatlıları görüyorsunuz. allahtan salata var :) resepsiyon bir suratsız ilgi sıfır 14.09 otel cıkışım. otelde aktivite yok tam yaşlı yeri müzik geç açılıyor aynı müzikler oyalanıcak birşey yok. kahve çay matları havuza denize uzak kesimde üşenip gidemiyorsun. 5 çayındaki yiyecekler hergün aynı 1 hafta içinde 1 keremi değişmez ya lokma desen berbart. bira su doldurulmuş aksamları hiç birşey yok otelde. 1 hafta nasıl geçti bide bize sorun bu kadar kötü otel yoktu söylediğinizdede 4 yıldızlı otel havasındalar o 4 yıldızı kim verdi acaba bunlara merak etmekteyim. işin özü bizim gibi o kadar para verip işkence çekmeyin paralarınıza yazık. pişmanlık bu yaşıma kadar o kadar otele gittim böyle rezillik görmedim butik oteller bile bunlardan daha hizmet veriyor.

Otel çok güzel, havuzunun derin olması beni inanılmaz mutlu etti. Denize sıfır ve yosunsuz bir denizi var. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Odalar ve Her yer temiz. Akşam yemeği çeşidi az ama lezzetli. Sabah kahvaltısı bir harika. Tavsiye ederim.
