Service was extremely pleasant with lots of young enthusiastic staff willing to help guests. The renovated rooms are spacious and well equipped. The showers are a little small in size. The food was excellent quality and a wide variety. It was excellent to see lots of local food varieties including in the menu. We really enjoyed this.

Every drink has been strong and on point!!! #RumPunch Arrived today and ate at the steakhouse and Jenni, Oneckia are on point! Granted the food takes time, but the team makes a point to make sure that drinks and atmosphere are present! So grateful for a team that is pressing forward ward toward winning offering experiences over meals.

My girlfriends and I traveled to the resort to celebrate my 50th bday. We had such a good time! We opted to do Diamond Club which was a great decision. Me and my sister’s butlers Sheresse and Kemoy were great, we were very pleased with their service. The service in the some of the restaurants was a little slow, but not enough to encourage a poor review. If they can work that out, then they will be greater. We enjoyed Vespa the Italian restaurant the most. Overall, it was an awesome experience for me and I would travel there again in a heartbeat!!!

They’re still working out the kinks as they just opened up 2 months ago. The staff are phenomenal. MARLON behind the bar, mostly at excite sports bar but you’ll catch him working multiple bars. He’s the GOAT!! Take care of him and he’ll have your back! Told me about a few good local spots too. Friendly & professional ( ask him for his signature drink). Wish I could have stayed the place is worth every penny, amazing people, amazing water & views. Would go again. Thanks Marlon & the rest of the staff for absolutely killin it out there, stay safe!!

Terrible service, rude front of house staff, no accountability by Manager for stolen items and lost laundry, which appears to be a reoccurrence. Deric the Manager is rude, unprofessional and inefficient. The only good thing is the gym and 2 staff members named Shanelle and Arlington.

My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay at the Royalton Chic Antigua. The resort is luxurious while still being warm and inviting. The rooms were huge and featured a double vanity . The bedding was superb! The food was excellent. If possible please upgrade to the Diamond Club it gives you extra amenities including a butler. Zenworth was our butler, he was kind and committed and made every effort to ensure that our vacation as amazing. The entire staff was warm and friendly, while eating the restaurant managers and hostess would come and check on you. Everyone was invested in ensuring that your stay was pleasant. My husband and I were there to celebrate both of our birthdays. There was a mix up with the dates to remedy the matter they provided us with a romantic dinner in a private cabana. Onicka was our hostess and sever she was beyond a mazing. She took photos, served us a 4 course meal and met all of our requests. Vernon at the water sports desk was very kind and helpful. Nyesha at the Diamond Club front desk is a gem. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!!!

The resort is very new, and in the process of training. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Always willing to help. Our butlers, Monique and Shaundell were very attentive from the time we arrived, til our departure. The bar server Shekida at the Diamond Club Bar, is superb and a keeper, her helpers Ranjae and Ersa, so helpful. These are some of the people that truly made our stay Great, and we will be back.

I stayed with my husband at the hotel and it was fantastic I loved how close it is to the beach and the facilities especially the restaurant Pescari the people in the bars very helpful and professional congratulations to the team.they are wonderful
