Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel, nur das Essen zum Mittag- und Abendessen muss verbessert werden, es ist sehr schlecht

Der Service war nicht gut, ich musste buchstäblich nach Dingen fragen, die dort sein sollten, nachdem Sie eingecheckt hatten, auch kein richtiger Reinigungsservice Erholung war gut

Im Rahmen eines 5- Sterne Selectionangebots gebucht und furchtbar enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist in seiner Gesamtheit abgewohnt und hat seine besten Zeiten vermutlich vor 20 Jahren gehabt. Die Versuche am Gebäude und in den Zimmern nachzubessern sind leider nicht gelungen. Die Bäder wurden offenbar renoviert. Betten sind in Ordnung. Aussicht aufs Meer durch Wellenbrecher sehr eingeschränkt, zu beiden Seiten des Strandes hohe Begrenzungen und Zäune. Keine ansprechende Anlage, alles karg und trostlos. In der näheren Umgebung ist nichts - also keine "Fluchtmöglichkeiten"... Kontakt mit Reiseveranstalter hat zu keinem zufriedenstellendem Ergebnis geführt. Anwalt wird eingeschaltet. Wer russische Gesellschaft mag und mit wenigen Ansprüchen für viel Geld zufrieden ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Personal ist allerdings ausnahmslos sehr freundlich, unfassbar bemüht und das Essen ist geschmacklich gut. Getränkeauswahl m Rahmen von AL in Ordnung. Man versucht wirklich uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Nach unserer Beschwerde werden wir hofiert. Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist trotzdem überhaupt nicht gut. Besser ein anderes Hotel buchen! Zwei weitere anwesende deutschsprechende Paare sehen das genauso. Wie die gute Bewertung des Hotels zustande gekommen ist, ist uns ein Rätsel...

Unfortunately, they know ,an experience that I would not wish anyone to have. I will not visit the hotel again and will not recommend it to any of my friends.

The property is amazing. But their photographs in the website does not Justice to it. The only are has the best to engage kids. Swimming pool and the bar inside it is a lovely addition to your swim.

The room furniture was very old and dirty The upkeeping of the room was very poor I didn’t like the attitude of the receptionist when checking in This property is hardly 2 to 3 star The in room dining prices were expensive 👎 I don’t recommend this hotel

One of the worst experiences I went through in my life during my stay at the Bab Al Bahr Mirage Hotel, where I and all members of my family were abused by a receptionist named Muhammad Arabi, noting that on the first day of my arrival at the hotel, I was received by the aforementioned, where he asked me to give a gift first Once I see hotel staff asking guests for a special gift for them, and the second and sad thing is when my relatives came to my residence in the hotel with the intention of congratulating us on the day of Eid al-Adha, as they were prevented from entering the hotel by the receptionist, and we tested that they are not allowed to enter knowing that the visitors are my wife’s sister with Her brother and her sister's husband, and we were treated very badly to me and the family members, and we were not respected. After this incident, the officials at the hotel were asked to raise my complaint to the owner of the hotel, and I was promised that, and no response has been received from them to date, and the problem has not been contained professionally by the Operations Manager. That on the same day we had to go to the residence of my wife's family in the neighboring hotel, and we were received respectfully by the staff of the neighboring hotel

The worst Hotel ever In 40 years of travel never seen such a bad hotel , dirty , the bathroom flooded , insects in the room, waiters bad manners , And ridiculous expensive for what they can offer. With the meal they don’t even give you water , you have to pay for it. Never again

We stayed here over Christmas 2022 and it was a wonderful experience. Their facilities are excellent and rooms were well equipped and spacious. The beach was also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the early morning kayaking experience. They has organized a dance floor with DJ music on Christmas night which was also lovely.

Not sure how much longer this place will stay in business . Food awful half available on menu , service non existent, wine menu consisted of one wine . We went and bought our own and paid a corkage fee . Absolutely no sleep on the hardest beds.
