Over all Not value for money rooms are very small foods also not up to the mark

這已經是我第三次出差來住這個酒店了，除了價格稍微有點偏貴之外，其他方面都很滿意，房間很漂亮，服務也非常好，樓下服務生都非常熱情。

酒店位於市中心地帶，位置還可以。但是酒店的設施比較陳舊，客人不多，早餐一般般。衞生一般吧，服務還可以。

説實話這次再來住就不是很滿意了，前台冷淡，小忙也不肯幫。 然後房間老舊，最惱火得是冰箱得噪音，空調外機的噪音還有外面得清真寺早上五點過就開始誦經，無言以對吧。

酒店房間環境一般，早餐種類比較少。

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I recommend no one to visit this hotel as it has all the facilities but none of them work. There is cheap wall sockets falling apart etc. Under the bed is very dirty, shower knob doesn’t work, tv has no YouTube or Netflix. All I’m saying is don’t there that’s it.

Informed front desk that check in will b late. Reached hotel at around 9:30 pm. Waiting more than 30 min then advise to go another hotel. They shift me a near by hotel

It's a small business hotel, ticks every box for a business traveller. Excellent location off gulshan road, clean, ac works well, beds are good, piping hot shower, lift seems it's new. Breakfast can be improved for vegetarians tho.

I stayed for one night at bengal canary park, and it was a pleasant enough experience. It’s a hotel geared towards professionals (mostly from india) visiting the gulshan area for work, so it might not be the best option for tourists. The room was quite small, and the breakfast buffet was limited (with too many veg. Options. I had one meal at the restaurant, and it was average, considering the great food i generally had in bangladesh. I had also booked at the last minute, so my friend and i ended up getting rooms two floors apart, which kind of affected my experience. Of course, there were several pluses, too. The service was professional and polite. The location is great for trying out eateries in gulshan, and the hotel even allows ordering from outside. I couldn’t get a late check-out as the hotel seemed to be overbooked, but i had a fairly comfortable time at the cafeteria section while waiting to leave for the airport. The best part of my stay was a helpful gesture from the hotel staff. I had seen a bangladesh tourism book at the hotel and had enquired if i could purchase it from a bookstore nearby. While i was checking out, the gentleman at the reception handed me a wrapped copy of the book, which was very thoughtful and unexpected. I missed noting his name, but this small gesture was very appreciated.

A lovely quaint hotel located in the heart of town, the Bengal Canary is an excellent choice for all travelers. A lovely reception with coffee shop. Excellent restaurant with a wide variety of options at breakfast. Lovely and well appointed rooms and bathrooms. And to top it all, an excellent gymnasium. I didn’t try the spa but they have one too. All said, what made my experience special was the amazing service. Every person you encountered spoke, greeted and made my stay very memorable indeed. My kudos to the GM Mr Saha and the entire team for a really wonderful stay. To sum up, I’ll be coming again for sure. See you soon Bengal Canary.
