服務很好，前台小哥幫忙叫車。就是單間沒窗户，協調了很久才找到有窗的房間，前台竟然不會刷卡，折騰了好久

This is the best hotel in Dhaka Bangladesh, buffet breakfast different cuisine and very delicious food, room service is also good, it will feel like your home, they have all five star facilities, from restaurant Mr. Nayan and Nahid always served me ,all staff is excellent behavior and professionalism, I will visit very soon.

I had the opportunity to stay at Grand Palace Hitel & Resorts in Dhaka for a couple nights. From the beginning to the end, I had a delightful stay. The reception lady, Kinaka, was very polite, eloquent, and professional in handling check-in/check-out, and all things guests related. Much better compared to other experiences in Canada and the US. Whilst waiting for reception to finish the check-in process, the bellman, Riaz, was very polite and promptly provided me with a beverage which was a pleasant surprise that I did not expect. He also went through everything in the hotel room and made sure I was aware of all the amenities the hotel provided. I had breakfast by myself and the waiter, Nahid, made my morning more brighter than it already was. He made sure I was comfortable and that the food was satisfactory. He spent time out of his day to converse with me which I appreciated a lot. Attached is a photo of him and I. And I genuinely appreciate the time and thought that Nahid went through for a guest like myself. Overall, from beginning to end, this hotel provided the best customer service that I have ever received and I travel and stay at many hotels quite often. And the rooms were clean, spacious, and pleasant to stay in.

Grand palace is best hotel in dhaka i was visited this hotel few days ago for my business trip..i was so excited for their service and food also staff behaviour all staff are very familiar... And they are provided us peaceful moments.. So e are very happy..

This is the best local chain five star hotel in Dhaka city, i visited many time, really delicious food, you will get multi cuisine food, specially cashewnut salad very delicious, altra Modern restaurant sataff very professional and helpful, Nayan vai Nahid always serving me,and arif will visit very soon.

Customer care people behavior was good, service good, food good, excellent ambience,nice decorated, Mr. Nayan Arif and saiful served me , location is good, many facility is there, warm greetings from front gate, amazing reception beside lobby cafe, I will visit very soon.
