Sterling Shores 914 Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!
