Albergo Hotel Giardino

I just came back home from a five-day stay at this hotel in Desio. I've been here quite often. Nothing to complain about the room and cleanliness, some annoyance from other guests because they were talking loudly and slamming doors, but I certainly didn't expect a soundproofed room in a two-star hotel. What I wanted to emphasize is something else. In the information folder you can find in the room (emergency telephone numbers, restaurant facilities) there is no mention of any internal rules or terms and conditions, which were then flagged to me. On April 25th I planned a picnic, so, after breakfast, I went to the morning buffet counter and took a slice of cake to take with me. The concierge complained saying "nothing can be consumed in the room". I didn't mean to eat it in the room, and I am not criticizing the hotel policy but the failure to make such a weird hotel rule clear anywhere in the room. I was about to sit down at the table to eat that slice of cake but the same person told me that I had already done the damage so I should go. It was the most humiliating experience of my life. After paying 505 euros for 5 nights, they treat you like this. (Obviously I threw away the slice) Not even at the Marriot in London or the Batignolles in Paris are they so strict. I have seen guests bring parts of their breakfast to their room. Anyway never again Hotel Giardino. Unfortunately I had already booked for May, luckily only two days, but for the week of June, I'll choose Airbnb.

Ho pernottato presso questo hotel per una notte. Camera bella e pulita, colazione ottima e il proprietario gentile e cortese. Inoltre l’hotel ha anche il parcheggio interno. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Lo consiglio vivamente, Top.😍😍😍😍😍

Trattasi di un hotel 2 stelle ben ubicato in zona abbastanza centrale della città di Desio. Appare evidente che non ci sia da aspettarsi grandi cose, ma la struttura gode di un parcheggino interno, le camere sono abbastanza pulite e dotate di servizi quantunque non minimamente insonorizzate. Colazione discreta. Prezzi esagerati ma indubbiamente il mercato glielo consente.

Il primo consiglio è arrivare all’orario di check in concordato e non prima, in caso di anticipo (come nel mio caso) dovrete aspettare fuori dal cancello l’arrivo di qualche buon samaritano, o attendere un po’ di tempo prima che qualcuno vi comunichi il codice di apertura del cancello e vi consenta di entrare nella struttura. La mia camera era tutto sommato nella norma, probabilmente il poco di necessario per un due stelle. Tuttavia la persona che aveva la camera affianco, l’ho sentita lamentarsi di una camera particolarmente sporca. La grande delusione, che mi ha fatto andare via con l’amaro in bocca è stato lo strettissimo orario di chiusura della colazione (ore 9.30) Tralasciando il fatto che non è ammissibile di domenica un orario così prestivo di chiusura, il mio arrivo alla colazione (ore 9.40 circa) è stato seguito da un neanche troppo dispiaciuto “mi dispiace, la colazione era fino alle 9.30😇”.

Buongiorno sono arrivato alla struttura in ritardo rispetto all’orario di apertura della reception, ciò nonostante la signora che mi ha risposto al telefono è stata così gentile da ritornare in albergo e accettare il mio check in senza farmi aspettare l’orario di riapertura che sarebbe stato alle 17:00; Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità e ringrazio

Tutto bene hotel giardino sempre molto buono gentilezza del personale buona pulizia delle camere noi soggiorniamo spesso in questo hotel lo consiglio non ho mai fatto la colazione ma ho visto in buon sel service
